I FIND THE PICKENS PLAN A GREAT CONCEPT FOR TALKING BUT A DISMAL FAILURE FOR ACTION. AS FAR AS I KNOW NOT EVEN 1% OF THE MEMBERSHIP HAS MADE AN EFFORT TO REDUCE THEIR ELECTRIC POWER BILL BY 25% TO 50%. THAT WOULD HAVE SAID SO MUCH MORE.
