CAFE standards should be based on actual fuel costs, not $2.04-$3.37 per gallon of gasoline through 2020

Have you seen this? http://markey.house.gov/docs/energy_environment/cafe_accuracy_bill.pdf Basically, the US Dept of Transportation is basing their CAFE recommendations on a projected gasoline price of $2.04 to $3.37 per gallon through 2020. Mackey's bill requests that the CAFE decisions be based on a cost per gallon of gasoline that is not less than the estimated maximum cost to consumers.
