As the nation is set up with new infrastructure for delivering natural gas to the consuming public, it makes sense to fit these natural gas filling stations with the equipment necessary to charge electric vehicles. Only The Beginning

Because the Pickens Plan relies on burning natural gas it can only be a first step. We must become energy independent before we can reduce carbon dioxide emissions; it will take money that is currently going overseas to make it happen. If we can make electricity from Wind and the Sun and even the heat of the Earth, then if we can run our cars on electricity, we will not need foreign oil or natural gas.
