1/2 price power for WV schools

With my power plants use of natural gas, it can be placed almost anywhere. Point production at the point of use saves transport costs and saves more money for the systems use. I think that if this system could be used near or at a school, it could also be used as a teaching tool. Teaching about carbon zero power in a new world of power production is a must for the future of America. 1/2 price power, and a teaching tool for new power production and carbon sink use in an energy rich state like West Virginia is a must for all of us and most of all, our kids.
