Two articles that you should be aware of

I wish to share two articles that you should be aware of, as the contents give great ammunition against some who try to discredit the Pickens Plan, as it is "not needed".

The thrust of the argument is that world oil production has peaked (just as Pickens says) and high oil prices are here to stay (despite the current drop "all the way to $100 per barrel"). Analysis of the statistics leads us to believe that prices may be dramatically higher in the future.

The Siberian permafrost contains as much carbon as has been released by all of mankinds' burning of fossil fuel to date. And this is becoming exposed at an accelerating rate. Who dares say global warming is a hoax? And is it even now too late to prevent further global warming?
