last blog post ( just to keep it to the point )

a RE:

Yup....allready been there.I think each home haveing it’s own renewable sources and storadge is not the greatest idea though,as it gives people the wrong impession...In that thier Houses, the way i see it, are the problem...i don’t care how efficient it is.. a 2000 sq.ft. home, with a 6000+ sq.ft. lawn,is not "green"(re tool too SCP and permaculture scapes)....also it is far more cost effective to put big turbines where the wind is good (as per Pickens), and reflected solor sterling (far more efficient than PV),in the wide open arid areas where not much grows anyway....I’m Way thubs up for geo-thermal, but that too is very site specific,as is Hydro....

But far and away the bigest problem is the automobile and modern agriculture.(if you don’t agree, your uninformed...do the research).......the solution is simple....

Carless City Cores (a high rize is more efficient than houses, and uses far fewer power feeds and transformers)...and over /under, as per grade, subterainian/ pylon overpass, core to core, MagLev transit....

MagLev is fast and efficient.....so much so that rail companys as well as airlines could merge under the cause....take the national maintainence buget for roads and hiways, our current power grid, and data networks( as the latter two could be incorporated into conduit as the Mag Lev system goes in)

this would open up all the space inbetween the citys for a switch from agriculture to ....Bio Systems management....this would force a change of perspective...the human is seen as PART of the eccosysetm...

problem solved.

but every one just keeps telling me that.."that will never happen"

so honestly, untill it gets aroud to never, it’s just a game of puting off the slow misserable death till tomorrow... we are running out of those ya know.

well....it kinda looks like the rual people might retire to electrical power generation...(shrug) i don't know what they feel like doing....bio-systems management would oppen up allot of interesting employment opportunitys....that's what i see under the turbines....habitat restoration and management....ya know,Food. same business diferent approch.

Have you explored the alternatives for such a notion in regards to the rural dweller or to make up a new term, the sub-rural dweller?
