Put America First, Buy American!

I want to take this one step further than Mr. Pickens. Not only do we not want to buy foreign oi, but lets put the brakes on the other foreign products that are killing American business. Specifically I am talking about buying foreign automobiles. Don't get me wrong, I've owned Toyotas, Datsuns, Yamahas and several other foreign cars and motorcycles. However that was then and this is now. We are in the financial fight of our lifetime. The economy has cratered and the stock market is in the tank. We have 3 major automobile manufacturer's remaining in the United States, General Motors, Ford and Chrysler. By the end of October, 2008 we are quite likely to be down to 2, GM and Ford.

These are exceptional times and such times require exceptional actions. I think the best action the American public can take at this time is to BUY AMERICAN! Let's do what we can to save ourselves and our country. Put America First and Buy American! We will be doing ourselves a big favor and helping to save our economy at the same time.
