Bailout Requirements for US Automakers - - terminate the oil stranglehold!

Even though US automakers have literally been refusing to produce better-mileage cars, SPECIFICALLY Plug-in Hybrids and CNG cars/trucks - - - this US industry is important.
We must ask lawmakers to connect any - - step by step - - bailout with two major requirements:
1) Produce Plug-in Hybrids NOW, and at a much faster rate than GM had planned for the VOLT.
2) Produce new trucks as natural gas vehicles.
Any car company that doesn't have a plug-in hybrid ready to produce, or that can't produce CNG vehicles - - a sign of literally retarded management - - is not worth saving.
In Europe conversions to CNG, cars or trucks, just takes a few hours.
US automakers - - - pushing the polluting and expensive hydrogen El Toro - - demonstrate again and again that they are pawns of the oil industry.
Beware of interests pushing the hydrogen economy! I compare hydrogen cars to computer printers: once you bought one - - possibly cheap - - you have to come back, again and again, for overpriced print-cartridges (hydrogen gas) - - - with no chance of ever making your own fuel (- - as you could with a photovoltaic system on your house, making electricity for your plug-in hybrid at $ 2.oo/100 miles).
This oil-company stranglehold on the US MUST BE BROKEN AND TERMINATED ONCE AND FOR ALL.
