PickensPlan

I can arrange a business loan for companies in the energy sector, regardless of what traditional commercial lenders may be saying.

$1 million up to $200 million for developing wind farms, exploiting natural gas distribution, oil shall extraction, solar panel development, etc.

We also can arrange a loan to potential clients/customers of your company who want to purchase your products or services. We work with governments, municipalities, public and private companies.

Last year closed over $5 billion in business loans.

Mr. Pickens graciously showes us that we can do more to solve the energy crisis in the United States so let's roll up our sleeves and begin to work together to build new wind farms, to put natural gas at pumps in all gas stations, to find cheap conversion kits for cars and trucks.

We should be able to find less costly solar panels for roofs in Florida Texas, Arizona, California and other mostly sunny states so that Americans can afford to put solar panels on thier roofs.

Even though America is suffering from a credit crisis, my firm is able to arrange business loans because we match borrower interest with investors around the globe who are looking to place thier funds into specific industry targets.

Blog me back, send me an email, or phone me to learn more.

I do know of a company that works with private investors who would lease a piece of land from you for $3000 per month and put a wind mill on the site. Send me your contact information to; elmtree@bellsouth.net so that I may forward the content to my colleagues.

Come on people, think outside of the box.

You all live in communities with a central office, a mayor, city planners, etc. If your state or your electric company has a rebate program for solar panels, then we can likely find a way to put the pieces in place for communities to put solar panels on thier roofs.

For instance, my firm would work with the city in order to provide a substantial loan to the city that could be then used to augment the installation of solar panels. Each homeowner who tapped into the city funds would then be obligated to pay back the city, accordingly.

By the way, when the city gets involved, then the power companies are probably more inclined to cooperate on a larger platform.

I also know of folks who would install solar panels for less than $10, 000 if there were enough people who wanted the solar panels.

I want everyone who dreams or thinks about a way to find a solution to send me your thoughts so that we can share our visions in an open forum.

It is not what you have it is who you know that opens the doors for you. I am only one man, I am not a smart man, but I know a lot of very smart people with whom I have dealt with more than once.

Tim,

Send me an email: tom.luntz@primagency.com so that I may reply directly to you. I have an idea to share with you; your dream merely needs a conduit.

It would be nice to find a resource to subsidize residential solar panels in the less sunny states ,i.e. Maryland. We do have a state supported program that will provide $5K of the current $10K cost but youhave to be awarded it first. Seems that if a person is willing to put the excess energy back into the grid for his/her neighbors to benefit then the State should be more than happy to see homeowners sprouting rooftop solar panels allover the communities. I know I know... wake up! I am living in a dream world... but isn't that how things get started- with someone's dream of the future?
Peace
Tim

To all of you who are in the Boone Army, it is reassuring to learn that over 40 thousand folks have joined.

As our ranks swell, perhaps Congress shall begin to understand that the people in the United States need to be represented by elected officials who are actually working for the people rather than for lobbyists.

Warm regards to all who have joined, and to those who shall join, I say welcome aboard.

Scott,

Reference your interest in a loan for these projects.

Sure can, we like such challenges. Scott, I would like to speak with you tomorrow if you have some time.

We can discuss your plan in detail so that I fully understand exactly what you seek. Remember, we target borrower interest to (investors) that seek to place funds into the specific energy sector.

Please email me at: tom.luntz@primagency.com with your contact info.
