Sorry for dropping out of sight

I have been ill for the past year with Hep C and then while undergoing the treatment. The side effects of the Interferon and Ribavirin have reduced whatever health I had to anemia, depression and pain.

Then, last month I was diagnosed with emphysema. I believe it is a side effect of the Ribavirin because it started when I began taking the treatment and gets worse after I take the twice daily dose.

At the end of January, I will be through with the treatment. I do not know how long it will take me to build my body back up from the anemia and with the emphysema. Once I feel well, I am going back to dieting and exercising. More than anything, I want to be HEALTHY and ACTIVE again.
