1. Build millions of windmills in the wind corridore -replace 22% of the Nat Gas used to make electricity
2. Build a 1 million solar farms in Nevada, Arizona and New Mexico - replace another 6% Nat Gas and other fuels.
3. Use the Nat Gas for fueling cars and fleets such as Post Office and UPS, School Buses and corporations
4. Build 30 million FFV E85/CNG/Electric Hybrid Cars
5. Incentive, subsidies and refunds for E85/CNG stations
6. Incentives, subsidies, refunds for owners of E85/CNG/Electric Hybrids
7. Reduce foriegn oil imports by 38% by all these means.
8. Of the 62% we still import start to chip away at that with cellulosic E85 & B20 Diesel
9. Promote algae/switchgrass/mesquite/corn-biomass for cellulosic ethanol
10. Keep Ethanol and B20 at local markets - dont ship ethanol beyond 100 miles of production facility.
11. This ethanol use can bring the 62% down to 50% foriegn oil imported.
12. Lease rooftop space of wharehouses and box stores and parking lots to Photo Voltaic companies.
13. Put Wind Tamers on as many houses as possible by incentives, refunds.
14. Improve public transportation and national rail, taxi cab/bus use, bicycle use
15. Begin removing farminfg subsudies, allow Brazilian/Peru/Chile/Philippine sugar ethanol imports
*this now gives us economic/politcal/moral high ground
16. Make China play fair: Force the WTO to enforce economic sanctions for human rights abuses including slavery on China: This will make USA manufacturing and the $ stronger.
17. Develop sub-Sahara Africa into the oil producing giant it actually is and make OPEC play fair.
