Are We Staying Here Or Moving Forward?

I have seen many posts and articles on politics here in the Pickens Plan site. This is all well and good to keep up with them but that is being done everywhere! It has been those same politics that got us where we are today, setting back lounging beside the oil fire, driving the biggest and most gas guzzeling vehicle we can find. If that is not enough, pass a bill to make vehicles work harder to even run and call it an improvement!

I don't care about the political lies and promises. Yes we need a leader but the bull is so deep who knows what to believe. If the working class wasn't paying our government over 1/3 of their hard earned money to a government that seems to be shipping it out faster than we can make it. Would this be happening?
We need to do this for us and it will have to be by us.

My opinion is to make this a democracy again and hold our politicians to OUR decisions!
We just have to get off our butts and stop thinking someone else will do it for us!

I for one am not going to stay where I was, sitting here waiting for someone to fix this problem! It should have been addressed and could have, back in the 70's and 80's but everyone just sat back into their easy chair once things eased up. I am sick of not being able to afford to use clean or renewable energy and not having the courage to think I can contribute to a huge movement that will change all of our lives for the better and be the start of our children's energy future.

I am a mechanic. I own my own small affiliate marketing company. I can not stand by (again) and watch as we all set back into our easy chairs and let our children worry about the mess we made.
