California gets some new solar power laws, repressed bush-era EPA email is released, global warming exceeding predictions

Looks like California is finally getting into the sustainable renewable power game now with its governor signing a net metering bill this week. And that repressed bush-era EPA email has finally surfaced. Finally, the rate of global warming has exceeded all scientific expectations.....

Looks like the deployment of CPV systems is still lagging behind that of non-CPV pv systems. Might be that most of the former can't be economically justified as yet.
