Okay David
Thats not a high priority for me so get to it when you can. What is a high priority is getting material and/or a speaker for the May 7, meeting of the local Democratic club. If you cannot get to calling me by this weekend can you please hand me off to someone that handles events or political meetings. It is absolutely urgent that I get this rolling or they will choose another topic for the meeting. They impressed upon me that if all goes well they want to make this a year long program aimed outward towards the community, local politicians and other clubs in the county. This could be a very important event for the area and the PickensPlan. These people are well connected all the way to Washington. I don't want to squander the opportunity. Please do what you can. Thanks--allen

Thank You David, It was an extrordinary experience to see people "Retweeting" just participating & prompting good Q & A that I think help all of us learn a little more.

Hi David
I was browsing through the resource center and noticeD a template for business cards for district leaders. Recently I have found the need for such a card but I am not a district leader. Can you create a template so that ARMY members can have a way to achieve credibility when they try to recruit new members or want a public figure to contact them.

Excellent coverage of a complex subject with thoroughly accessible tools, this web site resembles the campaign efforts of Pres. Obama and the post-election organization efforts of his presidency. I think we have a shot at this, but it will be tough sledding with the oil lobby monopoly. Congrats to David for his outstanding and creative work.

No more foreign oil dependency. We need to be more futuristic. The world looks up on us. Lets break the traditions. Solar, wind and sea is all there for us, lets develope it, lets use it for energy. There are enough brains, so now we must convert to will power and ACCEPTANCE of CHANGE. Keep it up Mr. Pickens, keep it up Pickens members.
I am a 70 year old house wife who came to this country 45 years ago with the believe "America is the land of no impossibilities", and I still have this believe because it worked for what I set out to accomplish.

Mr. Pickens' associations with the trash Huffington and Al Gore are turning people away. He needs to make better friends.

Wow, some of the last comments seem to be very reactive and with little factual data. Coal will never be "clean". It leaves the worst carbon foot print of any fossil fuel. The statement that Coal is good is a political button that gets pushed in the coal producing states, but that fuel is and never will be a good alturnative if the goal is to reduce toxic emissions. Nuclear Energy, although a political hot topic is very inexpensive. It will create jobs to build plants and they will probably be online as fast as any wind initative. Finally, no one said that we need to rid our use of oil. Just our "Dependence" on "Foreign" oil. Oil usage will never be eliminated because of the millions of products that are made from it. We need to drill for more oil and also increase the number of refineries. We haven't had a major oil spill in decades and at the same time have not brought any new refineries online in over 30 years. That was a nice monopoly move by the oil companies, but stupid for our own national security and independence on foreign oil.

David, I believe we have a winner here which can strengthen us financially & sky-rocket our membership:

1000000 Part/Full Time Sales People Wanted Immediately To Join the PickensPlan & Make $40K/Year

There's not much that one of us can do about the price of gas at the pump, but as a team of American Patriots working together (en masse), we can accomplish much.

See: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mSQh4zQcThc

We developed a liquid fuel conditioner 37 years ago during the 1973 Oil Embargo. We call it MPG50. When added to gasoline or diesel fuel, has many benefits including boosting gas mileage by 25% to 50% and reducing exhaust pollutants up to 90%. It is extremely cost-effective and widespread use could cut American dependence on foreign oil by 35%.

When you buy a $25 bottle of MPG50, you get a $40 Gasoline Rebate Voucher. So you make a $15 profit for trying it. Additionally, with $2/gallon gas prices a bottle of MPG50 will save you 50 cents/gallon, and since a bottle treats 160 gallons, you get $80 more in gas or diesel fuel savings.

The MPG50 Affiliate Plan also gives America a multi-billion dollar economic stimulus plan which could immediately put millions of Americans to work with no increase to the Federal deficit. As an Affiliate, you can make a good living wage & there is no cost for the business (Simply agree to buy one bottle of MPG50/month to qualify for commissions). See http://MPG50.com

I think this country could capitalize on the emerging EV battery industry if congress would remove obstacles, however I fear as usual the current lobbyist structure is prohibiting the purchase of that kind of influence. They also could be blocking energy generating platforms such as wind and natural gas that would compete significantly with the existing staggering legacy cost energy generating infrastuctures currently in place. Obama has been quite clear that he does not intend to promote the cleanest and so far the safest energy generating platform of all nuclear energy. David could you please send a reminder on April 1st! I believe these Elected public servants are out of touch with the gravity of this countries issues and will continue to spend us into Socialism, maybe purposely. God help us all. and wake up American sheeple.
Thanks Mark B

Thank you for the information and doing your part to get the rest of us involved; to that end I try but don't always have the opportunity at the exact time, but in this case did listen to broadcast this morning.
The basic infrastructure of this Country is what needs attention at this time, everything else will follow. We can produce easily more Energy than the overall system can handle and there are simply too many shortfalls in the Grid system, this is why growth is so slow.
As an R&D Company CEO I fully realize the "wall" we are up against within the Transmission sector and know that major changes have to take place for the Country to benefit; and that is what this is all about isn't it? Our Country as a whole as opposed to the profit of a few?
As a small R&D Company we can't even get considered for funding resources to help grow “our” Energy systems, even though it may offer a resource far greater and greener than anything available today. It seems that if your not tied to big industry or a University or if you don't already have a good financial basis to operate from your simply not worth the effort to consider. Not that we expect to have the answer by ourselves, we don’t but we do think we could provide for another piece of the Energy and Water puzzle.
One can only hope that the talk will proceed to the next step, action, and that action will expand form the basic infrastructure outward to the industries that are waiting for the means to grow. We are one of those ourselves albeit unknown but we welcome review and comment form all.
Thank you for your caring and open consideration.

Thissummit is so positive and important, the word is spreading quickly because everyone in this country knows that we need to look at alternative energy
Im listening and watching, I know there is more to come from the summit in Washington. ( In the next few hours) Im having audio problems, is there any way to remedy this ? here on the website ? Its sort of an echo type thing ?

Hello David. I did watch the Energy Summit Web Cast. I have also been a proponent of newe fuels for meeting our energy needs. I however choose to focus on two non carbon based fuel sources. Water and salt may be molecularly dissassociated and recombined rather efficiently and upon recombination an incredible amount of energy may be extracted and employed. Once recombination has been accomplished the cycle mayu be repeated thus yielding an ongoing sustainable energy production cycle. I for one hope the Secretary of Energy pursues this technology; which I have made available and brought to his attention.
