Brad,
I live near what MSNBC reported as the "sootiest city in America" Pittsburgh Pa. Lets talk, I see something here.As of now I volunteer my services to my home town to repair at no charge fluorescent lighting with new tech ballast.Reducing consumption by a staggering 26% per fixture.
Hows this sound ? The revenue that I belay from free installation goes to your investment in the consumers account?
You have to have ideas there's money here from my contribution that can be used and it could snowball. Please accept me as a friend and id appreciate any toughts you may have so I can adderss city council .

thanks Chris

We have developed a unique business model that uses revenue share from city or county wide WiMAX broadband wireless infrastructures to fund development and/or deployment of newer energy technologies within your city or community.

We have a bank that is allocating $200-250K blocks that would allow interested parties to lock up their licenses and portioned WiMAX broadband wireless networks for your area/city after which private monies would come in and build out the whole network.

As an investor, you would receive ongoing residual payments from revenues derived from subscriptions to WiMAX wireless network services which include, among other things, high speed ubiquitous (fixed, mobile) internet access for all subscribers within the coverage area.

A Community Benefits Agreement (CBA) would be drawn up to determine the maximum amount of revenue share that would be available for any number of community outreach programs including incentives for deploying newer energy technologies.

We are looking for community oriented individuals that believe in the betterment of their cities/communities with ties to those communities.

This represents a very unique approach to addressing the many challenges that cities and communities face in these trying budgetary times.

Thank you.

Brad,
I think this is an excellent plan, I too am from FL and we are the "Sunshine State". I read on the states page, however, that Governor Crist went to Spain and has got them to invest in solar energy in FL. This seems strange to me. Shouldn't we be able to do this ourselves? What is Spain getting out of this? Are we exchanging Saudi Arabia for Spain? I have no technical knowledge, but this seems like common sense to me. Aren't there enough people here in America to invest without having to go out of the country? Keep up the good work.
