Hello Joe, what are your thoughts about CAE Vehicles? (Compressed Air Engines) They are suppose to get the equivalent of 106 MPG. Go up to speeds of 90 MPH, and can be refueled at home/garage?

IOUSA is a term that was coined by others than myself - it refers to the FACT that we are now a DEBTOR NATION to the world - with our IOUs out there in the form of TRILLIONS of dollars and US Treasury Bonds and Notes. I am not an agent employee officer or director of this entity - I just read some of their financial evaluations besides several others because I have no pension but manage my own self-directed IRA and as a result I am an avid capitalist but not one who wants to see my countrymen in the toilet.
They are financial analysts (and some may twist that also into anal cysts) who have deep concerns about the financial viability of our country and have produced a film and movie with that same name of "IOUSA". They have annual financial seminars - last year it was in August and up in Vancouver Canada - and I attended it for a week.
Do they know everything? NO! Do I? NO! Do you? NO!
I happen to agree with them that government deficits coupled with trade deficits is a recipe for national disaster, that we have to turn around.
The Chinese and the Arabs with whom our corporate and politidcal leaders have ingratiated us will not want to use our IOUs as their toilet paper.
Joseph - From everything I've heard and read the electric grid is dysfunctional and overstretched and there tiny tot company out there that has invented and patented replacement electric lines that are MUCH more efficient and reliable. It is being ignored here in the IOUSA by many utilities .. I can only assume it is because the product has VALUE but the view dominant is PRICE. The company is Composite Technology Corporation (stock trading symbol CPTC.OB) and they are getting orders from China, Chile Spain and a few in the IOUSA but not enough. And yes, I own 12,000 shares OF THIS PENNY STOCK - now selling under 30-40 cents/share - if it catches fire and goes to $100/share --- whoopee!
I like how you think Joe. The Methane Gas concept using organic waste is definitley something worth pursuing. Since we have to get rid of it one way or another, we may as well use it to power something.
Thanks again Joe. What are your thoughts about this National Electric Grid they are proposing. I guess it's a way to distribute electric generated by Solar and Wind through most of the country. I imagne this will minimize the need for coal burning electric plants also? What do you think?
Thanks for the detailed explanation Joe. So Joe, the bottom line is that? It would take more Electricity to process he H2O into a combustible fuel than the energy the Hydrogen would produce for the vehicle to run off of?

There is one way to get the politicians to listen to the people. Make a noise so loud and consistent that it changes the paradigm of though on energy in this country! When we ALL demand it - in the many millions- there will be no place to hide. When it is political suicide to do business as usual and ignore the simple answer to our most pressing problem.... they will have to know they will be gone. Hit them where they live.
THE ONLY WAY to do that is with sheer numbers. As Thomas Friedman has stated, "like the civil rights movement.. only large, strong and consistent grass roots efforts can create change." WILL you help?
The petition is the fastest way to grow our numbers. I have sent in over 160 in the last 3 weeks. I simply say, "I am gathering support for T Boone Pickens PLan to get us off of forign oil and onto American solutions." I have not found one person who does not want to get off foreign oil.... and keep all that money in this country. Did you know we borrow the money from China that we pay to the Middle East- it is ludicrous!
It is an easy ask- Boone has done the hard work.
We have a choice. Sit back and let it happen.... or take action and stop it once and for all. We will get what we deserve..... I hope to hell it is energy independance. I am willing to hook my wagon to Boone's horse and plow like crazy to make sure. I hope you will too. WE CAN DO THIS!

We need to do more than “preach to the choir”. Sharing ideas with each other is encouraging but that will not 1) increase our membership nor 2) influence public policy. If you know someone in the press or someone who blogs - get them to cover this. Ask those in the public eye to support this plan.
A GROUP FOR EVERYONE Check out the many groups for Solar, CNG, your area, etc. Connect, learn and share. We grow stronger with your input. If you don't see a group that speaks to your interest, then start a group of your own.
