Meeting went very well. Very wide ranging and we both went back to digest some new stuff for each of us. A bit early yet to get a real formal org. set up as we haven't figured best way to do that. I think I did take a crack at that Sunday but had to meet on the PP and another matter with personal friend of mine in Missoula so am just back home now. Check what I sent you. Among other suggestions was my offering to travel to CA, FL, or anywhere in NW US on Pickens Plan and how we are poised to fill the gap with a bottom up, we the people type approach. Bruce, Sorry I didn't reply earlier to your comment, as I have been away for a couple of weeks attending to some business matters. As to a securities law attorney, I would suggest the person you spoke about obtain local counsel - he will probably need a "boutique" securities law firm (that handles registrations and/or private placements), or the securities law department of a larger firm. Since state business entity laws and state tax laws vary widely, local counsel is essential. I don't have anyway of referring him to someone, other than to check out lawyers.com, narrow down the list to 3 or more attorneys who specialize in securities law, and interview them all. Thank you. Dang! I hit the wrong button and sent my half finished epistle. Ignore the gibberish at the end. Not corrected before it took off. The others of your questions. I have probably six different technologies ready to be disclosed, protected by preliminary patents and immediately put into organization inventory to be acted upon by a technological service type organization. The last God given, revealed or whatever you want to label it, is not ready for disclosure but will be to Tony and other insiders a.s.a. p. Personal secret related to your question. Not much new in this world, I am more of a history buff than anything else. Junk stuff you think I may have has been around since at least 1920. What I have done on my simplest devices is put them in various lengths from about 6' to 5280' on suitable down grades. My stuff separates the gravitational, vertical component from the lateral movement component of the energy encapsulating devices using the gravity to produce horsepower for producing watts to many megawatts depending on the physical factors. The essentially lateral component of the travel moves the energy encapsulating conveyances down grade WITHOUT taking the energy out of their fuel tanks. A great many have done that since 1920 and been patented including one the Patent Examiner cited as preceding and making mine moot. I will try to fax a couple examples to you. Come back.
I am very sorry for not getting back to you sooner. Company from out of state part of one week. Suspected kidney stone and hospitalization took another couple days. Investors cold see present to 50 years development, A new Microsoft or Mac effort, Did you get my e mail? We need to focus and move out. We cab;t correct a course till we start on one. .
I will go knocking doors of the Senators and Representatives when I get enough endorsements of the Petition. I am a middle class person, not a millionaire or a billionaire. I need support of folks like you. I am 68 and work full time. I want to see US become Energy Independent in my life time.

Ah...an engineer like me! I see you doing many of the same kind of engineering based analyses of the problems that I took to education. I am writing a book called "Reengineering Education" that discusses the flaws in current policy and takes an engineers approach, replacing the policy with a feedback system. My premise is that any multivariable system with indeterminant factors cannot be controlled by a set of determinant rules. I use an aircraft flying as an example. Even knowing every equation for how it flies, it still takes a control system (feedback loop) of some kind to perform GNC during flight. This would be the same for any system of this type, including education.
The proposal replaces policy with a system that employs the teachers as sensors and actuators. They are the only ones that can really judge the effects of policy on the classroom and their word on the matter needs to have a voice in the system.
Any way...I read your prolusions...very interesting stuff. I was very impressed by the new calendar. I agree with much of what you recommend, although getting it past the close-minded politicos is always the real trick.
As for specifics, I think what we are doing at PSI provides an avenue to solve three problems:
1.) Get kids interested in and inspired by science, mathematics, and engineering.
2.) Provide a government independent laboratory working on real solutions to national and global issues.
3.) Provide a new avenue for promoting innovation and entrepeneurship that gets past the innefficient venture capital model.
I can see these ideas fitting very well with your prolusion on exploration. The key for us now is finding people willing to sponsor us with tax-deductable contributions. Any help in this area would be most appreciated.
By the way, a thought on the health care...The secret to bringing down insurance cost for all is to unlock it from being part of employment and to maximize numbers in the money pool. My wife, an economist, believes that the current government health care program can handle this. It has proven itself to be very efficient and already has significant numbers enrolled. Increasing those numbers with those that cannot get necessary care would allow premiums to be minimized.
