BTW, Texas: I just posted an article link on my pickens page about Home Wind Systems in Texas. Your state's representatives, governor, and public utility commission officials are not in your corner with this "weak policy" on Net Metering. Instead they have the tables turned against green power for businesses and homeowners. Texas has created multiple sets of rules for loopholes and you have less rights than people in other states. You should read that article, important.

I am sure that you see 'the handwriting on the wall'. You are just the type of person the world needs to help solve the problems that plague us all.
Most people alive today see that the Prophetic Signs are before us, the fig tree is in the bud, they know that this World of Lust and Greed is not long to God's Good Green Earth.
Man seems Hell-bent to destroy himself thru an unfettered avarice for more-more-more, his abysmal stewardship of God's Creation, and violent Tribulation (Tribal Conflict).
But, everyone who has ever read the Good Book should know that God has promised never to destroy his Creation of this Beautiful Blue Water Planet, but only to cleanse it by fire, to destroy those destroying the Earth.
That is a chilling indictment for all of us, will we heed the warning?
The God of Our Fathers has promised to cut short the coming Tribulation to preserve alive a Chosen Remnant out of All the Tribes of His Children.
Do you know what you must do to see yourself and your family among those Chosen Few?
You’re thinking, “Here comes the 'bite'”, right?
No, this is not a Church begging for an undue tithe from the Pure of Heart.
It is not an investment scam preying upon the superstitions of the Faithful.
It is an appeal for a Truly Bible-Based Tithe of Sweat-Equity.
Do you know the truth about the God-Ordained Tithe System?
It never was intended for the support of the clergy! It was designed for the security of the nation in times of hardship, and the ultimate support of widows, orphans, and other truly indigent citizens.
So, I am asking you to invest your sweat-equity in re-building a Biblical Social Security System to provide all of the basic necessities of modern life, from insurance to electricity, clothing to tools, bread to gasoline, thru thick and thin, to all those willing to live their Christian Faith!
We all know we are at a turning point in history, where a paradigm shift in Social Justice and Responsibility is imminent!
I often say that if Christians would live the practical commandments of their faith with the same dedication that Muslims live theirs that the difference would be so evident to everyone in the World that there would be no Faith other than Christianity.
We all like to talk the talk, but when given the opportunity to help change the way this inefficient, irresponsive and unjust World works, will we walk the walk?
That is the question that I ask you to take to your Creator in prayer, today.
Will you walk with me to restore God's System of Universal Support for all Children of the Light, in preparation for the challenging times ahead, or will you sit in the pew with the lukewarm Christians, watching, but doing nothing to keep from being blown away with the chaff?
God has made us a wondrous promise for all those who are willing to prepare for the marriage feast! You are invited to this Feast of Abundant Reward; will you enter thru the narrow door?

TRANSPORTATION is the master key to basic survival, and the cornerstone of the economy. We all know that transportation presently depends on oil production, and oil production is peaking. We must focus first on transportation – it is the highest priority.
The PickensPlan to transition vehicles to natural gas is a great start toward 100% energy independence, but is a stop-gap measure till we can transition to all electric transportation. Electric energy is strained without adding transportation demands; so we must drastically improve efficiency .
Evacuated Tube Transport (ETT) is a patented technology where travel occurs without air friction or rolling resistance (like “Space Travel on Earth”); ETT can accomplish 50 times more transportation per kWh (or carbon credit) than electric cars or trains. I believe there are tons of little things we can all do on a daily basis that will reduce our energy use (and therefore lower our consumption of foreign oil).
Without sacrificing any major part of my lifestyle, I've raised my gas mileage by roughly 15% and lowered my electric bill by roughly 10%. I started a forum on the subject here http://push.pickensplan.com/forum/topic/show?id=2187034%3ATopic%3A193424 . Check it out when you have a minute, I'm always looking for new ideas.

Tom, thanks for Joining NRA members for Pickens Plan, I read your information on here. Can you send me info on that 300 mpg car? I like your earth sheltered school idea. I studied earth shelter construction back in the 70's. I built my own home, that was partially sheltered and passive solar. I loved it. Anyway, thanks for joining.. and love to know more.
