I am not related to Judge Rusty Carlisle in Marietta, GA. I am aquainted with him. We met during our college years at the University of Georgia way back in 1968-72.

None. Sorry to not be of any informational assistance. My practice, by design, is metro-Atlanta/north Georgia and commercial.

Here is another interesting release I just got:

HOLLISTON,MA — After touring a local start-up company that sells solar, wind and geothermal energy products, an area congressman called for an end to U.S. oil subsidies and stronger support for renewable fuels.

"We need to make this new technology as cheap as possible so people can take advantage of it," U.S. Rep. James McGovern said yesterday while visiting Winsupply, a small Holliston distributor of clean energy systems.

Winsupply, which opened on Everett Street in June, is easily spotted by the only wind turbine in town spinning overhead. Entrepreneurs who started the business said demand is rapidly growing for their products, which also can harness solar power for electricity and hot water, as well as geothermal power.

Hello Bill, Hope you are doing well. I agree with some of your observations about various folks who are sometimes sending me strange emails. . . I have to be careful. However, most folks seem to be of good character, hardworking, and wholesome.

Yes, my presumption about the love traveling the miles was merely an effort to be kind. I understand. It must be hard over there. If this gives you any comfort, as you can see from the news, the recession has really hit hard in the U.S. I've been tied up with projects. But, look forward to hopefully making a difference together with alliances who understand the need for renewable energy.

Best Regards,
Susan

Hey WIlliam

Other than my typo, haven't heard from you in a while! How is it going with the pledges? And the gas situation? Someone down there must have 100 by now! Would love to hear how it is going - need a new poster child and a new story for the 100CLUB! Help me out.

Best

Bill,

Thanks for your email. I know what it is like to miss a family event. We have had our Communions, and I understand how that must feel too. But, the love travels through the miles and I'm sure your daughter understands. Hope you are doing well. My daughters are now asking me to have a hot chocolate with them. I better go. I'll reach out again later. Please join the Book Project #1: America's Voices which I formed, (Pamela Pickens is showing wonderful support) as well as the Investor/Service Firm Group I formed.

Kind Regards,
Susan

Hi WIlliam!

LOVE your reference to tree huggers and navel sontemplaters! Sounds like yo are a real do-er, too!

I founded the Welcome Wagon here, and now am onto building this army in more tangible ways!

We need your help with the Pledge Push! We can only get this plan done with HUGE numbers. Please download some pledges, get them signed and fax them back to the 888# at the bottom of the page. We eat the apple one bite at a time. Collect a few every day, and in no time you will have 100. We would be thrilled to have you in the 100CLUB. ARE YOU IN?

Please get your elected leaders to sign, as well. A two pronged offense can not fail!

Best
Kim

Also, please congratulate Karen Nardella and Craig Savage for completing the task! You should read how they did it on the 100CLUB GROUP page - http://push.pickensplan.com/group/100pledgeclub

I see you are based in GA, not VA. Well, Georgia is beautiful too.

Until later,

Bill,

One more note for now, I like your photo with the precious lil' gal next to you. I have two daughters. Isn't that what this is all about? Stay safe there and return safely to VA. My brother in law is with MITRE and was formerly in VA, now in San Diego. This Picken's Plan website is pretty cool-- the way so many great professionals in the fiels are coming together from all over the world. It's is really uplifting to the spirit. I can sense that you feel the same.

God bless,
Susan

Bill,

Thank you for your emails. No, ALR does not have active projects in the Atlanta or Georgia area right now. However, I was informed by a Georgia public servant that the Atlanta area has large areas of brownfields and environmentally challenged sites which the City is interested in redeveloping; and some contaminated sites may be suitable for renewable energy productions. Feel free to have the commercial broker/agent you mentioned contact me with listings. FYI: ALR has been asked to establish geographic contacts in the southeast areas, as well as southwest and west coast. Let me know if you or another person with integrity and a high level of skill in at least one of the areas necessary for investment/redevelopment of renewable energy facilities.

I would like to know more about what you do, your position, and the projects you have been involved with. I am friends with various executive folks from large companies. And, I just came back from a presentation/meeting with various local, regional, state and fed wonderful folks who are assisting ALR in the Woman Owned Business Certification and bidding process. Many friends from the investment, consulting, construction, environmental and renewable energy industries have encouraged ALR to obtain the Fed/State/and other WBE certifications since this step can create a potential positive edge for securing both Fortune 500, private and public contracts and projects. Your feedback is welcome.

Thanks again for reaching out and I look forward to talking with you later. Hope you are enjoying your day.
