You can still post but on the PP video and photo sites. It was a surprise to me, It took me a day to realize that my photos and videos were missing,lol. Thanks for the friending. I was just riding by on my way to the ROUND-UP and thought I would leave this gift for you. It's from PICKENS PLAN musical artist member Kris Wilson. Please share it with all the kids you know. I’m sure you and they will enjoy it as much as we have. Let them know we’re depending on them to solve the problem we created. True, it may not be fair…just necessary! Watch for PICKENS KIDS a page in development intended for kids from K-8. They’ll have a chance to tell us what they believe we should do.

Don’t forget to continue your PICKENS PLEDGE recruiting efforts with friends, family and colleagues and join your local CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT GROUP.

The University of Florida and the Okaloosa County Extension Office is holding an Eco-Nomic Living Expo at the NWF State College campus in Niceville, from 10am-2pm. There will be ideas on how to save money, conserve resources and build wealth instead of debt.

4/4-5/09 ~ NFS is presenting a seminar about the FuelMaker "Phill" at the Building Industry Association Home Show.
The Home Show has more than 100 exhibit booths featuring products and services available for those who plan to build new homes or want to remodel or improve their current homes. The BIA Home Show will be held at the Northwest Florida State College.

It is good to see some of the first points that have been addressed by our new president have been on new jobs that can be green created that I feel is the key to get everyone on board.

We then had an presidential inauguration party last month to celebrate, with about eight attendees. I got there late due my caregiver responsibilities, and was in the middle of a 28 day detox fasting... Glad that this Pickens Group now has a leader, and will bring this up at the next opportunity. My personal focus is on things I can do at low cost, such as a homemade solar water heater, or the improving gas mileage using hydrogen addition in regular gas trucks etc.

As an aside, I believe the Tax Credits were suspended by the last (cavemen) administration for the 2008 Tax year... and have been renewed by President Obama for 2009... Please correct me if I'm wrong...
