Great Causes bring out great people such as yourself. As a 25-year veteran in Power Generation & Energy Development, let me thank you for getting involved and extend an offer to provide insight and assistance in your local efforts. This is a very do-able plan and it starts with people like you in making it a success. The key to the plans success will be communicating to the masses. We need to communicate reality not dreams for unfortunately the American public has a very short attention span and most are living day to day. The Pickens Plan as it stands right now is at the 50,000 ft level. We need to develop a more comprehensive detailed national execution plan for the next five years. The first section should incorporate conservation and placing public pressure on elected officials at all levels of government to engage and approve a national plan while in parallel we are designing, constructing and installing the new alternative energy infrastructure systems. Once we have the grass roots base involved at this level, we can then continue to communicate the next steps of the plan to them to help bring us to the Energy Independence we are looking to accomplish
Happy New Year Glen,
Last year I helped so many members of Pickens Plan learn about personal home energy plans. It's all about conservation of power, and home power generation, things I have been doing at my residence to lower my electricity costs. Send me a friend request a to add me Glen, I'd be honored to have you as a friend here.
BTW, Texas: I just posted an article link on my pickens page about Home Wind Systems in Texas. Your state's representatives, governor, and public utility commission officials are not in your corner with this "weak policy" on Net Metering. Instead they have the tables turned against green power for businesses and homeowners. Texas has created multiple sets of rules for loopholes and you have less rights than people in other states. You should read that article, important.

Hi Everyone,
We are leaving PP blog to help bring power to your home and business,
While most may know us for pushing Personal Energy Production, PEP where we don’t need Big Business or Big Government in our lives since we produce our own power at our own locations. We will soon have our free standing Kiosks in major home improvement stores where you can select what you need and complete the forms to get funding approval in 24-hours to have our solar or wind systems to become “Energy Independent.” While we need to move quickly and using kiosks that could be placed within say Home Depot who operates more than 2,230 stores in all 50 US states, the District of Columbia, Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico in as short as time as possible. We will only need to CERIFIED installers who will support local customers who used the kiosk that are pre-approved with their own funding for equipment and labor credits.
Within larger communities starting in Texas we will have our own outlets with what we call our “Energy Garden” to show case products that can be installed on your home or business to produce your own energy needs. We will also be seeking CERIFIED installers and wish to make these outlets into franchisees where anyone can become part of this new energy movement.
The last thing Big Business or Big Government wants the public to know is that with solar or wind you can generator your own needs as cheap as you can buy it from the utility companies and never have an increase like they always do. Just this year we have had a 40% average increase nationally and in less than 3-years they would be double what you are paying today.
It is great to meet you and connect with you on Pickens where there are many excellent ideas, and a huge group of people helping our country go forward with Alternative Energy.
You may be interested in Joining some of the more than 750 groups on Pickens, and I want to invite you to Join our "Mariah Power" Group on Pickens Plan. Our address is:

We will keep you up to date on the "Windspire", and the new models about to be released. We will also give you the important Energy issues in front of Congress and the latest news on Alternative Energy. I hope you will decide to join.
Let me know if I can be of help, or if you care for more information.
Glen,
Glad to see you on the team - your input and experience are valuable for our country.
I am so glad this monster site - has opened the door for our voices - your voice!
Keep giving your input - you will have insight and idea's that are valuable... and keep inviting people to join. We need to grow these numbers of support to inspire change - ' There is power in numbers - esspecially American voter Numbers'...
I encorage you to Watch the site - and be a leader where you live. ( And encorage other Pickens Members to do the same )
I have sparked so much interest by just saying in conversation... ' What do you think of the PIckens plan"...
I have found so many people are ready for change. I invite them to visit the site and watch the news clips for more information ....THey all seem interested...
I think the next step in this effort - is coming...
Our job is to keep interest alive an the human element in place.
My dad was one of the first to instal a solar unit on our family farm home in the 1970's, and he taught a class at TSTC in Sweetwater about it. The unit worked well and gave us hot water... very hot water - but of course never had political or ecconomical support to go over in those days... He was ahead of his time.
But - Not you!
Your time is here.
Your product is just what we need - so I support you and am going to spread the word about your site.... ( I am telling my 72 year old dad too! - He would be proud of you! )
The Pickens Plan for support of renewables - will open the door for 'all' renewables. I just hope we don't allow this movement to die away.
Thanks for being part of the team. What ever I can do to help you - I will, in honor of my dad!
Glen,
TRANSPORTATION is the master key to basic survival, and the cornerstone of the economy. We all know that transportation presently depends on oil production, and oil production is peaking. We must focus first on transportation – it is the highest priority. The PickensPlan to transition vehicles to natural gas is a great start toward 100% energy independence, but is a stop-gap measure till we can transition to all electric transportation. Electric energy is strained without adding transportation demands; so we must focus on drastic efficiency improvement.
Evacuated Tube Transport (ETT) is a patented technology where travel occurs without air friction or rolling resistance (like “Space Travel on Earth”); ETT can accomplish 50 times more transportation per kWh (or carbon credit) than electric cars or trains. ETT is silent, low cost, safe, faster than jets, and is electric so it can make maximum use of wind or PV power. I invite you to visit my page to learn more about ETT
Glen, Thanks for touching base with me about PickensPlan. I think it's a dang good one and his willingness to try to do something about our energy problem in this country has restored my faith some what. I thought the folks with bundles of money had bought their way out of patriotism. T. Boone has earned a place of respect and honor with me. I don't know what an average a run of the mill old redneck like me can give him! But I'm willing try!

Thanks for the invite Glen... I'm David Bontke of Abilene, Texas... I would love to know more about your company as I am interested in job and investing opportunities if available... I'm too busy to talk now, but I'd like a chance to talk if you could make time sometime. Have a good day sir.
Hello Glen,
Sorry it has taken me so long to respond but I work as a hospital pharmacist 7 days on very long hours. Well, I think wind and solar energy are certainly the best areas to explore in terms of alternative energy. They are clean and efficient but not priced right for small home owners. I am eagerly waiting for supply and demand to change the current marketing dynamics that make it unattractive for average
Americans to get on board. When do you suppose that will become a reality? I'm a member of real goods a co-op in California and have been for years, and it would seem that Texas is lagging behind California, Arizona and New Mexico in the production and installation of residential pvc's and wind turbines. Hopefully, enterprising individuals like yourself will change that!
Thank you for the invitation. America is getting on fire for this plan. I have great expectations for it to improve every aspect of American's lives. later. TJ Rogers
Glen, I am sending you a friend request so I can stay abreaks of your network activity. My sister lives on a ranch in Nebraska - they looked at wind 5 years ago and it went no where. Maybe you have a model they - but more importantly -the German Family-Rivalry Farmer community there could be more comfortable with your model.
I have always been interested in solar and wind power as primary, not alternative, power sources. I already buy windmill-generated power from Amigo Energy.
Glen, I'm always truly amazed by this internet thing! We do live in a "small world" and I find it absolutely interesting how people can connect in mere seconds. I'm fairly naive to the logistics of this incredible crisis our County is in, but I do know that something has to be done to end this outrageous "strangle hold" these Foreign Countries have on us!! What are some of your thoughts?
Greetings Glen,
Thanks for the invitation.
While not a rancher, I live in a county that probably has more cattle than people. My Rains County 'estate' is 3.5 acres in northeast Texas. Wind power would work here just like it did fifty plus years ago pumping water for livestock. The only trick is to avoid or get above the trees. The same caveat applies to solar power. I would look to explore becoming involved with PEP in this area.

Hey Glen,
I like what you are saying. I completey agree that a lot of small projects can be installed quicky. I have been interested in smaller wind turbines (for a home) and have not been able to find info. I would think small wind turbines would be less expense to install than a 40-50 panel PV Solar system.
