I kept an email by an Ex CIA , who said a company had plans to do fusion with Plasma Lasers , he said there was talk of breaking down CO2 at the molecular level and that is what this next generation Plasma dose . The Lase project , told to stand down by the government . That would have worked but not sure how much CO2 it would have created or what the real issue was , could have been as simple as the Nuclear Lobby .

This form of Microwaved Plasma has the best chance of creating Hot Fusion , that is not far fetched at all . Found this , http://www.fas.org/news/russia/1995/tac95060.htm , the Russians have come along way . Plasma shielding on say a space vehicle is doable . James is convinced that shielding the planet or parts and closing the hole in the atmosphere is easy , that I have not figured out yet .

Back to Pure Power and James Tracy , this is very simple to understand once you get it , I have seen many , mostly Chemical and Electrical Engineers , in most cases they held both Degrees , most have an Epiphany the sudden realization or comprehension of the essence or meaning . I noticed you have knowledge of HHO systems. I ran in a garage locally and they have been experimenting with a well constructed unit dealing with this.
They did a test on an old subaru 4 banger and it increased mileage by documented tests 15 mpg. They hit a road block with newer engines as they cannot fool the computor system which dumps more fuel once this system was hooked up.
Actually, thought this was a mute point but, of course all energy, except nuclear, and that caused by the Earths thrust, is Solar! Those leaves on a Tree - Solar energy collectors. Solar energy is stored in the wood. Burn the wood and your releasing Sunlight. Concept so fundamental I actually recently heard some say, "Well, I never thought of that!".

If people here no matter who they are where healed responcible and paid fines according to their wealth they would stop acting like total fools . We don't have a high speed driving problem we have a thinking issue . I ride a motorcycle a lot and people that drive fast don't scare me as much as a Old fart that gets on the freeway so slow that cars slam on their brakes to avoid the crash . Right. The Computerized Keys are proving to be a Nightmare. Ford was going to introduce "Smart Key" which would allow Top Speed to be set to 75 m.p.h. For teens...? What? So, the adults can un-lock "Smart Key" when they want to break the Law and Speed.!? That's pretty stupid. I suggest setting the "Smart Key" to = ON when the car leaves the Dealers lot. Store the PIN at the Sheriff's Office, than the driver has to call to get it. Like: 'Yeah, I'd like to un-lock my vehicle's speed limitor so as I can drive it above 75 m.p.h.' Pretty stupid. Don't think Ford has produced the "Smart Key" yet? Maybe they should rename it the "Stupid Key", as Top Speed needs to be limited for the vehicle. Not just teenage drivers.
These cars with 'chip keys' are not Top Speed Limited Vehicles; TSLV's. Thery're capable of achieving High Speed w/o the 'Chip Key' programming the top speed to 75 m.p.h. And, I agree, will/do have problems.
A word on Limit system so a car will not go faster than 75 mph . More compurters for cars . Hit a bump in the road and your car dies maybe in the middle of no where . Walk 20 miles in the desert because your top speed computer droped dead . Right now a Benz car has a anti theft key with one of those nice computer chips .Loose your Key ,what fun . Have a MB guy try to reset the system and after 8 trys its cooked and will cost $4000 bucks replace all the locks and computer . This is a way to help and give tools to all of us for getting more RE projects started. I have been pushing for the sell of US Treasury "Energy Independence Savings Bonds". Savings bonds are normally purchased in $25 increments. This gives a way for just about any American to tighten their belts just a bit by skipping a meal at McDonalds or Pizza Hut and buying a RE savings bond to support a project. I urge you, as speaker of the house and the driving force to form the select committee on energy independence and global warming, consider for discussion and introduction into the house US Treasury Savings Bonds for Energy Independance.
In WWII America sold war bonds supporting the war effort. When young, my mother told me her primary school raised enough money through bonds to build a tank to support troops. I am impressed with the patriotism and purpose of our greatest generation that accomplished so much.
Selling energy bonds for RE (Renewable Energy) development would lower foreign oil imports and assist with the complex problem of funding. Bonds sold as “Energy S” could support new solar trough plants, “Energy W” to support wind farms, Energy “H” to support hydroelectric plants, Energy “T” to support RE transportation such as electric bullet train routes powered by RE, Energy "C" COOPS for small communities only needing a small quantity of turbines, and Energy “I” for needed infrastructure high voltage power lines to the RE site. Bonds will have the project name and include an artist’s perspective of the project and an American flag. President Obama had great success with the internet during his campaign. In a similar manner, using the internet, energy bonds could have a website listing current projects and an “electronic checkout” could purchase a bond $25 or higher. Simpler methods of payment such as “PAYPAL” and credit cards would be available and after an electronic purchase is complete a color print out of the bond is available with a follow up of the bond in the mail. The website would limit quantity of projects for each category until funding is complete. After a project becomes funded, a new project will be available. A tab on the site will show history and status of previous projects. Purchasers may take great pride in “collecting” and displaying bonds of various RE projects and participating at different levels of financial support. Solar trough plants in the multi-hundred MW size capacity with molten salt energy storage in California, Arizona, and West Texas can provide a major portion of electric needs. North Dakota has potential to support 1/3 of our nations electric needs in it’s class 4 wind zone areas. There are plenty of suitable proposed wind turbine farms now around the nation to significantly increase our RE if funded. Mid sized hydro-electric has not been used in America to it’s full potential. Following the example of our neighbor, Canada, it would provide a significant increase in percentage of electric production. Developing all three we could provide the majority of our electric and heating needs through renewable energy in a "New New Deal" fashion allowing natural gas for transportation as T. Boone Pickens is working for. Bullet train routes have proven a viable alternative to commercial domestic air service and when powered by electricity provided by RE suppliers America would be in the forefront of world technology. Example, I heard of discussion for a commuter train from Denver to Colorado Springs. Such a route built as a renewable energy project with charter requirement legally requiring to only purchase electricity from available renewable energy sources would be a model example. There are many train routes, city bus systems, and government vehicles that can be converted to run from alternative energy sources and fuels. Jobs created would bolster the economy, lower trade deficit, and strengthen national security. I would take great pride in print outs of bonds with graphics of each project I supported and many other Americans would also. The energy bonds could have tax breaks. BLM lands may be a viable place to start for some projects.
I contacted the US treasury department and was told that the marketing department for savings bonds closed several years ago. I was told there would be problems because savings bonds are at the federal level while the projects will be at the state and local level. I disagree and believe that these can easily be figured out in the way of grants to the state and local level using money from the bonds for those specific projects. I was told to check out auctions on the www.treasurydirect.gov website and found them to not apply to citizens wanting to buy savings bonds to support a cause such as energy independance. I was told by the treasury department to look into CREB (Clean Renewable Energy Bonds). I found CREB to be large scale funding that a citizen would not be able to participate in as a US Treasury Energy Independance Bond would provide. If given the tools to participate directly, the power of the citizens of the United States to help achieve energy independance could not be denied. Americans mean well and the Energy Independance Savings bond program will give citizens the power at their level to make it happen. If marketed through a web page, commercials, and to federal employees the word would get out and participation would spread like wildfire.

The water going to your HOH system shood be heated to at least 120 f and try a little soda or salts all electrical parts in water better if Stainless steel . I ran out of water in 20 min of opp on a 1gal system just playing around . System scrap removed and moved on !
Hi My car is H2O "water" injected when its colder out side I mix with Grain Alcohol Menthol sometimes Nitro Menthol ,run a mix that is adjusted by hand at speeds over 35 mph ONLY ! also inject pure oxygen into air filter box also done at speeds over 1500 rpm ONLY !.I have a lock out at starting ,You can blow a piston or start the air filter on fire if injection is on using only oxygen at starting ,dwell angle is to retarded and the engine will not start at all with watre on at start up ,engine must be hot and at speeds of over 1500 rpm , I also use Ram Air that works real good at freeway speeds and on on and off is needed and it pulls in rain water at speed so water injection is off when its raining .Engine runs at 190 f to 220 f most junk cars run at 165 f to 180 f ,however my engine is cast iron and resist melt down and cooling is so good that in the wintere its hard to get it up to 170 f thats why I must run Alcohol when cold out . I can run with out a water pump in the winter and summer need it only in traffic . my exhaust system makes less than 1psi back pressure .and any thing over 2 psi back pressure is wast full and helps nothing anf if back pressure bounces around a lot thats bad to .Was going to try a land speed record with High mpg at the same time but ran out of investment cash thanks to the Government of greed . Seeing your photos I noted your HOH Thats hard to make work well ,I played around with that my self but to much equipment for a small car ,Best have a car that only weights 1700 lbs or less, has 150 hp and lots of gears like 7 speeds forward . F1 builds them as fast as the our Nazi goverement wants to toss them away at $20000 a pop ! years ago they were going to sell them to anyone for 12000 and that was a bit stiff , The KLR is a big get the job done motorcycle and the standard model that you could buy cost $4000 . 56 mpg and will run on E85 with a small adjustment . During WW2 piston aircraft injected water ,this is nothing new . Cylinders were lined "cast iron" heads also cast iron .Not light and cheap AL . Most cars built today are a big rip off of cheap maturels and poor design and a lot of their problems are hard if not impossable to over come and the Nazi government is not helping in any way . Its to bad people did not vote in a real change of government Ralph Nader would have been a real chenge not just more belt way insiders . Our problems are just getting started and the super rich will just carry off all the booty and stealings to the Caymens and joke about it over lunch ,maybe cars ,homes and small busnisse's need to run on air power and fast ! This may be a bit of a mess , Phone calls , looking up things , I am not the best multi tasker when it comes to typing !
Hope you get some knowledge out of this . The Ultimate Goal is Fusion , I believe this can be obtained in a short time if it gets off the ground , this plasma is like a living organism , growing when it is fed .
This is hard for me to follow , I saw you asked how dose this make energy , basically this form of Microwaved Plasma feeds off all sorts of garbage , waist and many other disposable trash . Since I focused on Coal , the most unpopular , hated form of energy , there is no need to scrubbing , crushing up maybe but the more soot , basically unburnt coal the more feeding and powerful this this plasma becomes , there are a number of ways we studied just off that .
Turbines driven buy the velocity clean emissions puring out at maximum velocity by funneling this huge pressure threw turbines of some design , there are many , after the gasification process and cool down to capture the heavy metals , inducing silver gold and then the nastiest , like mercury and more like arsenic , sulfur , the list goes on . During this posses huge amounts of energy are made . What you have hear is a small sun , this is true Plasmification not Plasmified air as Arc and Lase produce . I kept an email by an Ex CIA , who said a company had plans to do fusion with Plasma Lasers , he said there was talk of breaking down CO2 at the molecular level and that is what this next generation Plasma dose . The Lase project , told to stand down by the government . That would have worked but not sure how much CO2 it would have created or what the real issue was , could have been as simple as the Nuclear Lobby .

This form of Microwaved Plasma has the best chance of creating Hot Fusion , that is not far fetched at all . Once you get a grasp of this you will understand how close this is already , most of the proprietary portions have never been released , that is not being selfish but cautious , as usual , governments see weapons in anything related to energy on this scale , the Russians have one , capable of firing a 50 Ft Plasma ball quite some distance , believe 100 kilometers or more , a 50 Ft Ball of Plasma , would devourer all in its path feeding as it went , The US declined to put up Tanks , Humvee's or anything else . The Russians have offed Tracy big money . We had 5 built in to the huge Coal Plants , think about it , its easy , 5 Million Cubic Ft per minute or more , the gases pumped threw the coal would burn every bit of it , so much more efficient then how is done now , Nitrous Oxide and Hydrogen pumping back threw the coal supper charging , the coal would burn much hotter creating more energy and at the same time breaking down CO2 with the gases and unburnt coal feeding the Plasma making the Plasma much more stable and stronger , this is a truly symbiotic relation of energy ~ Fantastic .
Terraforming is yet another little goody , I watch these huge fires , this is the best way to fight them and create the amount of water boiled off is only restricted to the size of the cambers energy at the same time , at 17 million F , a couple of portable Plasma chambers would do fine or if they are placed in strategic places , salt water to lake water would do just fine , this would place so much water into the atmospheric in that specific area , rain and humidity would stop hose blazes with are producing more CO2 then imaginable , would love to see the break down . Terraforming is already on the list of can do , turning arid areas into farmlands . Why not putting Fires out .

I called and called , nothing , we packed up and moved back to Houston and set up , to our shock and awe a huge Quake hit southern Cal. There was Mr People on CNN every 20 Minutes , with our alpha numeric pager , still with the MicroVisory Controls Blue Insignia . Repeating WE have the technology , the epicenter was in San Bernardino , it took 34-36 minutes to make it to LA , we were warned immediately 34-36 minutes before it hit the destruction zone . Called our Lawyer , , he called them , they had the nerve that first it was Cal Tech then MIT , that developed this , then they just filed under a law they had until the Clinton administration to take and use a Patent under national security and some other bogus crap , it was without a doubt covered under the Patent . Nothing we could do , same hear with this buried Tech , now we are in numbers and laws have changed but I still do not trust them .

Found this , http://www.fas.org/news/russia/1995/tac95060.htm , the Russians have come along way . Plasma shielding on say a space vehicle is doable . James is convinced that shielding the planet or parts and closing the hole in the atmosphere is easy , that I have not figured out yet .

He has not filed a Patent to expose the wavelength , just a number of others like new ways to cut Diamonds .
His funding for his new designed chips comes from selling Diamonds , hes a great guy who had his original corporation ripped out from under him .

Back to Pure Power and James Tracy , this is very simple to understand once you get it , I have seen many , mostly Chemical and Electrical Engineers , in most cases they held both Degrees , most have an Epiphany the sudden realization or comprehension of the essence or meaning . I have seen this during the demonstration , naysayers needing to sit down in silence . It's almost like everything they have learned was in question , the silence examining the powdered remains , checking there meeting devices for errors , along with no reaction to Geiger counters . I can not tell you what a wonderful experience that is , you must do that on your own , well worth it .
I am convinced this is the right direction , sure there are other technologies but this , combine all the others is still more impotent due to the scope .
We need them all , the idea this could and will replace Nuclear thrills me .
I helped design and install the monitoring system for the heavy water evaporation system at Rocky Flats Nuclear facility just outside Boulder .
I can not say much on that but this galvanized my position on Nuclear waist , unless this form of Plasma can cut radiation , I am vehemently opposed Nuclear , if this has a shot at replacing Nuclear , Research and development needs to go on as did the Manhattan Project with all out resources . personally I believe this can and with finances will .

As with many aspects of the PickensPlan, we all come to it from different directions with differnt solutions. My focus is on generators - such as the power plants for wind turbine. The Nat Gas Act and CNG? Um... My problem solving energy is not thinking about that at all...

I noticed you have knowledge of HHO systems. I ran in a garage locally and they have been experimenting with a well constructed unit dealing with this.
They did a test on an old subaru 4 banger and it increased mileage by documented tests 15 mpg. They hit a road block with newer engines as they cannot fool the computor system which dumps more fuel once this system was hooked up.

Right. The Computerized Keys are proving to be a Nightmare. Ford was going to introduce "Smart Key" which would allow Top Speed to be set to 75 m.p.h. For teens...? What? So, the adults can un-lock "Smart Key" when they want to break the Law and Speed.!? That's pretty stupid. I suggest setting the "Smart Key" to = ON when the car leaves the Dealers lot. Store the PIN at the Sheriff's Office, than the driver has to call to get it. Like: 'Yeah, I'd like to un-lock my vehicle's speed limitor so as I can drive it above 75 m.p.h.' Pretty stupid. Don't think Ford has produced the "Smart Key" yet? Maybe they should rename it the "Stupid Key", as Top Speed needs to be limited for the vehicle. Not just teenage drivers.
These cars with 'chip keys' are not Top Speed Limited Vehicles; TSLV's. Thery're capable of achieving High Speed w/o the 'Chip Key' programming the top speed to 75 m.p.h. And, I agree, will/do have problems.

I am an Electronic Technician Chief in the US Navy with 27 years service stationed overseas. I’m outlying an idea to assist and work with current plans for achieving energy independence. I urge you, as speaker of the house and the driving force to form the select committee on energy independence and global warming, consider for discussion and introduction into the house US Treasury Savings Bonds for Energy Independance.
In WWII America sold war bonds supporting the war effort. When young, my mother told me her primary school raised enough money through bonds to build a tank to support troops. I am impressed with the patriotism and purpose of our greatest generation that accomplished so much.
Selling energy bonds for RE (Renewable Energy) development would lower foreign oil imports and assist with the complex problem of funding. Bonds sold as “Energy S” could support new solar trough plants, “Energy W” to support wind farms, Energy “H” to support hydroelectric plants, Energy “T” to support RE transportation such as electric bullet train routes powered by RE, Energy "C" COOPS for small communities only needing a small quantity of turbines, and Energy “I” for needed infrastructure high voltage power lines to the RE site. Bonds will have the project name and include an artist’s perspective of the project and an American flag. President Obama had great success with the internet during his campaign. In a similar manner, using the internet, energy bonds could have a website listing current projects and an “electronic checkout” could purchase a bond $25 or higher. Simpler methods of payment such as “PAYPAL” and credit cards would be available and after an electronic purchase is complete a color print out of the bond is available with a follow up of the bond in the mail. The website would limit quantity of projects for each category until funding is complete. After a project becomes funded, a new project will be available. A tab on the site will show history and status of previous projects. Purchasers may take great pride in “collecting” and displaying bonds of various RE projects and participating at different levels of financial support. Solar trough plants in the multi-hundred MW size capacity with molten salt energy storage in California, Arizona, and West Texas can provide a major portion of electric needs. North Dakota has potential to support 1/3 of our nations electric needs in it’s class 4 wind zone areas. There are plenty of suitable proposed wind turbine farms now around the nation to significantly increase our RE if funded. Mid sized hydro-electric has not been used in America to it’s full potential. Following the example of our neighbor, Canada, it would provide a significant increase in percentage of electric production. Developing all three we could provide the majority of our electric and heating needs through renewable energy in a "New New Deal" fashion allowing natural gas for transportation as T. Boone Pickens is working for. Bullet train routes have proven a viable alternative to commercial domestic air service and when powered by electricity provided by RE suppliers America would be in the forefront of world technology. Example, I heard of discussion for a commuter train from Denver to Colorado Springs. Such a route built as a renewable energy project with charter requirement legally requiring to only purchase electricity from available renewable energy sources would be a model example. There are many train routes, city bus systems, and government vehicles that can be converted to run from alternative energy sources and fuels. Jobs created would bolster the economy, lower trade deficit, and strengthen national security. I would take great pride in print outs of bonds with graphics of each project I supported and many other Americans would also. The energy bonds could have tax breaks. BLM lands may be a viable place to start for some projects.
I contacted the US treasury department and was told that the marketing department for savings bonds closed several years ago. I was told there would be problems because savings bonds are at the federal level while the projects will be at the state and local level. I disagree and believe that these can easily be figured out in the way of grants to the state and local level using money from the bonds for those specific projects. I was told to check out auctions on the www.treasurydirect.gov website and found them to not apply to citizens wanting to buy savings bonds to support a cause such as energy independance. I was told by the treasury department to look into CREB (Clean Renewable Energy Bonds). I found CREB to be large scale funding that a citizen would not be able to participate in as a US Treasury Energy Independance Bond would provide. If given the tools to participate directly, the power of the citizens of the United States to help achieve energy independance could not be denied. Americans mean well and the Energy Independance Savings bond program will give citizens the power at their level to make it happen. If marketed through a web page, commercials, and to federal employees the word would get out and participation would spread like wildfire.
Mr. Paul Gipe, a resident of Bakersfield CA, an author of several books about wind energy, and recipient of multiple awards as a pioneer in the industry since the 1970's has put a letter I wrote to Senator Dorgan on this subject as well as an older letter I wrote on wind COOP in JAN07.
