Saw your video in Washington. Great job, we are all proud of you!

Hi Sam:
We have to tell the truth. It is the only way to win. We have to move past DC and work on our states and homes. We can cut our home energy in half in a short time. With so many old homes we could change the world one home at a time. Energy problems will be with us for many years. Have Fun. We need to push replacement of our nuclear power plants. We have to push superconductors. We have to learn about home hydrogen unites that can make homes produce energy for a Fuel Cell: give us 50 year mortgages on them, make them like a battery that you take from one car to another and when you plug your car in to recharge the battery, the FC can provide power to the grid.

Good luck with Fleet/Tanner. You’ve worked hard for the PP and all associated are thankful. Real-estate obviously hasn’t come back. I wish you success with your new adventure.
