In response to your comment on my PP site, the great government RIPOFF (stimulus package) is on its way.
I was so disappointed when the new administration was elected. I am an INDEPENDENT and felt both parties had let the American People down. I am a PATRIOT most of all, and do not wish to see our nation turn to socialism.
My opinion is that all the bailout money, banks or not, just turns our country further towards a socialistic society.
The Energy portion of this GREAT RIPOFF is a joke and worse, in my opinion, treasonous and illegal.
To include such a small amount of the $800+ BILLION dollar investment into the nations economy (as they call it) will keep us dependent on the fossil fuels, which drain our nation's lifeblood. There is not enough offered to even set up 1 (one) wind turbine company capable of tower fab, generator fab and blade fab.
I design my equipment using AutoCad 2004. I have used other programs and found them too complicated for my NEEDS. My designs have been so unique that the modeling capabilities of AutoCad have been sufficient for my needs. The new versions of Solidworks and other parametric programs are excellent in their environment.
ART program is a new one to me, if it is 3D it can’t be all that bad. I HATE 2D to the point I can scream when producing fabrication prints. Even when I was a board drafter, I did many, many isometric drawings on the board. The clients loved it.

Hi Steve, What an interesting career you have, wow! Anyway, one of my business development ideas is to create a composting business here in Reno, NV. I want to take the green waste out of the landfill cycle. A place for landscapers to bring their grass clipping, tree and shrub trimmings, and other green wastes. A place for restaurants, home owners, tree services, and horse owners to take their green garbage.
Then, one operation would be worm composting of restaurant and kitchen green waste. The other would be windrow composting of horse manure and other bulkier materials.

I wish, but I am afraid it is at the west end of the Grand Canyon on the Supi Lands, it is Havasu Falls. You can helicopter in or ride mules to get to it. or you can bee foolish like me and a buddy who hiked in with 60# packs and almost died from exhaustion :) It was worth it though, that water is really that blue and ice cold.

Hi Steven, Here is a way to help and give tools to all of us for getting more RE projects started. I have been pushing for the sell of US Treasury "Energy Independence Savings Bonds". Savings bonds are normally purchased in $25 increments. This gives a way for just about any American to tighten their belts just a bit by skipping a meal at McDonalds or Pizza Hut and buying a RE savings bond to support a project. I urge you, as speaker of the house and the driving force to form the select committee on energy independence and global warming, consider for discussion and introduction into the house US Treasury Savings Bonds for Energy Independance.
In WWII America sold war bonds supporting the war effort. When young, my mother told me her primary school raised enough money through bonds to build a tank to support troops. I am impressed with the patriotism and purpose of our greatest generation that accomplished so much.
Selling energy bonds for RE (Renewable Energy) development would lower foreign oil imports and assist with the complex problem of funding. Bonds sold as “Energy S” could support new solar trough plants, “Energy W” to support wind farms, Energy “H” to support hydroelectric plants, Energy “T” to support RE transportation such as electric bullet train routes powered by RE, Energy "C" COOPS for small communities only needing a small quantity of turbines, and Energy “I” for needed infrastructure high voltage power lines to the RE site. Bonds will have the project name and include an artist’s perspective of the project and an American flag. President Obama had great success with the internet during his campaign. In a similar manner, using the internet, energy bonds could have a website listing current projects and an “electronic checkout” could purchase a bond $25 or higher. Simpler methods of payment such as “PAYPAL” and credit cards would be available and after an electronic purchase is complete a color print out of the bond is available with a follow up of the bond in the mail. The website would limit quantity of projects for each category until funding is complete. After a project becomes funded, a new project will be available. A tab on the site will show history and status of previous projects. I found CREB to be large scale funding that a citizen would not be able to participate in as a US Treasury Energy Independance Bond would provide. If given the tools to participate directly, the power of the citizens of the United States to help achieve energy independance could not be denied. Americans mean well and the Energy Independance Savings bond program will give citizens the power at their level to make it happen. If marketed through a web page, commercials, and to federal employees the word would get out and participation would spread like wildfire.

This picture is one that came as a sample from Windows Vista, but it reminds me of a place in Oregon I used to visit. Katrina was hard on the enire Gulf Coast, but here in Mobile, we recoverd quickly as the damages were mostly in the lower, waterfront areas. Insurance has been a problem since then. Biloxi is still pretty devestated, even though the leaves are now comming back on the live Oak trees. They also have a really neat Arts project for some of the dead trees along the road- they have sculpted them to resemble dolphins, pelicans, and other natural creatures - very beautiful and inspiring to create beauty out of destruction. To get a good idea of the water level, that have 2 walls in a ciy prak on the waterfront. One wall is the height of the water from Camille and the other one is Katrina. It TOWERS over you.
New Orleans will probably never regain its popultion...9th Ward still is bleak. There was a Six Flags in East New Orleans that has not reopened and it is pretty creepy to drive along the back road of the property. We have a transportaion and logistics business in New Orleans and it is thriveing, though. It is just about the hard work that people have put back into the city. To say that the 9th Ward should just be green spaces is probably best for the land- it will flood again, but that is an area rich in historical southern black and zydeco style culture and the people have held that land for generations.....I would not want some politicain deciding what to do with my land and so it is up to the people who live there to decide what they want to do. An example of a 9th Ward resident is Antoine "Fats" Dominio...Whatever Fats wants to do is his perogative....It is a very tense issue. The original city plans disallowed any buiding whatsoever on that land because of the flooding that occurs.

Do you have any contracts wht people like Penske or Ryder who rent out these tractor trailers? I would love to get some of those in our fleet, but it is more econmical for us to rent from the above mentioned and have on-demand maitnence and replacement trucks as we are a 24-7-365 company and at 3am it may be hard to find a private mechanic.
Thanks for the insight of the new hybrid drive system the big three have worked towards implementing a four cylinder engine perhaps nothing towards a full Natural Gas Engine but it is also capable as a multi-fuel type engine to include that but with limited range of the tanks which are small and limited to CNG not LNG compressed which would give further range.
The big three do not design this new hybrid system as a separate add-on or switch over so a old vehicle is still being neglected of the solution and that is precisely my point that I am leaning on which says that the big three composed themselves as a department store solution to auto sales, and completed only half the cycle of a solution for consumer's while neglecting the other 50% solution which is conversion of every auto which has been marketed and have no plan to ever do so. My plan considers the consumer as first priority not the new vehicle as first priority as the big three want to manage the solution in America for consumer's. Government also lacks this objective and has allowed price gouging to engulf the market and that is the bad thing about it cause to help the big three the consumer's are not going to obtain the solution which they could afford and the price gouging will continue to increase prices. As the big three fail ultimately in achieving their goal of new auto sales over their high expected price tagging policy in regards to everything they sell esp. the new alternative vehicles consumer's will find it impossible to handle without the other 50% solution they are not going to turn their hand just for a bailout to succeed.
The fear is growing in America even with a new hybrid engine situation the alternatives are going to be wasteful spending, government had a opportunity to see consumer's through a massive transit issue in every state that would choose to allow development and the government supercomputer would make it all possible immediately but why has government neglected the consumer's so vividly out in the open. It use to be a hidden quality of government to move forward now government wants every nation to see it sliding backwards. It is like government wants every nation to slow themselves down to a toddlers crawl and not be so piggish about completing projects so quickly. That is how I got the message over Fiat small auto concern being to help Chrysler which now needs another bailout by March 31 or it is done as a automaker. Think about it, more small cars, more congestion, more worries in repair shops. A simple Monorail Service could bring about so much less need and operate in three modes each day, (1) daylight passenger service, (2) daylight personal cab service, (3) nighttime freight service.
I have seen concept Monorail Personal Cabs which are unique to hold only one individual or four or six, the Passenger Cabs hold up to 60 people, there are special Cabs which can be for Medical Service and that is super when it can be removed from the Tram and placed onto a vehicle flat bed with wheels and a alternative motor to switch operation from Monorail to Street and Highway, almost as good as a helicopter during a emergency.

With a Monorail Service there is no traffic interactivity so there is no hangups and there is no need for refueling stations and no need for more police to patrol the streets looking for what is or is not a Hybrid to make the city money. Government is encroaching onto property rights with this matter, many zoned businesses which are already parking lots cannot support the introduction of recharge facilities and these new laws will force them to which is against the building codes and they will declare bankruptcy because they cannot obtain a license to have that in their parking facilities. It costs money to park in the government EPA parking lot in Washington D.C. and the price is going to increase from $7.00 per day to $25.00 per day and more if your refill or recharge your vehicle so new charge accounts are to handle these transactions making the banks subject to supporting more accounting concerns and creating credit cards and that makes money for the banks. My parking lot solution would be a driveup covered access area so passengers could dismount the vehicle then the vehicle driver would go park anywhere regardless only handicap and hybrid would face the establishment all others would be to cross traffic to enter the store from parking spaces. I would not have a handicap space which has to cross traffic to get inside a store. Another consideration would be to have a people carrier frequent the parking lanes to pickup passengers whom have exited their vehicles and to bring them under the covered area to dismount that and go inside upon exiting from inside they could get a ride with their merchandise setting on the passenger carrier or they could drive their own vehicle to pickup their purchases. Automakers do not design shopping centers, Real Estate and Architects design them to make money which encourages the increase of land tax issues where they plan to build larger homes with more land to mow.
How government could stop price gouging is to erect a new Department which makes its objective to serve the consumer's this encourages education and makes better grant proposals for colleges and universities and decreases Foundation response to the situations. My Project will support consumer's cost factors first, nothing to buy is how I envision it, therefore no banking necessary each month. I do not see why government is allowing price gougers to estimate the cost of a alternative vehicle per its abilities, its like they are mastering fuel costs right into it so they get the fuel money and not someone else first then someone else has to be paid for the fuel it needs like electricity, natural gas, compressed natural gas, liquid natural gas, liquid propane gas, hydrogen, ethanol gas only. See if your calculations show that is how they are pushing their plan forward so it accounts for their losses first then they would drop prices ten years later when your needing a replacement vehicle, thats 200 million more vehicles on the highways by the way.
Arguing over this problem is not the solution. The solution is plainer than it really seems to be on the end of everyones nose but guessing from the solutions supported I believe that sweet and pee pee have a place for use, its just not approved in America right now for pee pee batteries like is available in Japan and they will use those power solutions in everything including Hybrid Autos.
Around and around the Wind Turbines, the pigs chasing the cows, just how much liquid does it take to submerge the blades into the ground? Like a River Without End, Agricultural Farming gets a Surge of Power to make a new pound. Where is the ingredient for the cheapest battery in town? Wavecrest and BluWav got my interest really fast, I sent a e-mail asking if they had time to consider making a offer to supply the products for the EVFCF effort and never received a reply, maybe they were entering transistion then so thats why they did not respond. Next I sought judgement of automakers that have a particular investment in drivetrains and foundry works. I know how to make my own foundry and how to make molds and such and could forge almost anything if I had the metal but why should I go about making a company if one exists or I could order what I wanted. I mean lengthy tubes can be cut to make the basic electric motor casings and foundry work complete it to a fully operational version such that Wavecrest and BluWav were undertaking and that would resolve the issue of what to install to the autos of Consumer's. If I ordered that involves equity and sharing the concept with automakers and they profit from their work so The Foundation is merely a connect method for Consumer's not a business or a foundry. I could manage to put together a foundry business and that be a in shop only operation for The Foundation only, course it has to make at least 500,000 products each year in order to match the total 291,000,000 automobiles on the highways. Course only about 150,000,000 may be Consumer's that would want their vehicle converted.
So doing the math like I stated would consumer 300 years before The EVFCF could beging to near the necessary totals and then to theres also the population increases every ten years to calculate in so it really looks like a losing battle unless there are more than one location to manufacture the electric components and foundry items which means at least 30 would decrease down to 100 years to meet this expectation but still thats not enough, and three automakers would have the same difficulty to meet the demand of the Consumer's so there must be a buildup of manufacturing locations to bring it down to 20-50 years to catch up at least. I'm not speculating this is just a logical solution to endorse a 24 hour per day operation with holidays as non operational and that could boast production to twice as much instead so to decrease the amount of manufacting locations by half so instead of looking at a 300 year lag in production its then only a 150 year lag in production presenting three locations per state should be quite efficient closing the gap to balance the demand quicker. Bringing the expectations down to only 25 Million would help tremendously instead of 150 Million of the 291 Million autos. This provides the 50 year maximum while dividing that in halef provides the 25 year minimum. It can work afterall and still have a tremendous growth after the initial 50 years of operation. The EVFCF would flourish and conquer every obsticle that is prevailing and bring Consumer's very close to their needs quickly. You might like to consider becoming a partner in the EVFCF or the higher manufacturing aspect it requires.
The longer option is to make a robotic foundry business like a steel production plant but with machinery automated to provide the products to ship to each state. A project of this magnitude needs to be as productive or better than what we see in automakers. I fear that Wavecrest/BluWav is incapable of accomplishing this if they have other priorities, so maybe its best that they are now owned by a Canadian Equity operation. Their site throws me stating that Wavecrest was once BluWav. Looks like I cannot get Wavecrest/BluWav to come to my aid and we become a partner. I have another option now available from a South African automaker whom requires that their battery packs be leased instead of owned, they sell their vehicles without Lithium Battery Packs for $4,000 each, as a Franchise here in America the EVFCF could bring Consumer's this as a optional choice instead of converting their vehicle they simply swap but I need a ship to transport the autos to curb shipping costs that would occur from commercial shipping and they need to purchase a port so this ship has no Port Fees and can eliminate Tariffs entirely. The South African automaker is not ready right now to start sales abroad.
Maybe if we had our own space program we could head to our own location on another planet or build a space station that could augment a robotic foundry of equal size and proportion as needed in the above analysis and ship the components and parts back to earth instead of using so much land mass to comply to this ordeal. Mars has sufficient salt for mining and that would create plenty of electricity for a foundry. I'm not affiliated. Tech Sheet pictures perhaps came from PDF files. Americans mean well and the Energy Independance Savings bond program will give citizens the power at their level to make it happen. If marketed through a web page, commercials, and to federal employees the word would get out and participation would spread like wildfire.

New Orleans will probably never regain its popultion...9th Ward still is bleak. There was a Six Flags in East New Orleans that has not reopened and it is pretty creepy to drive along the back road of the property. We have a transportaion and logistics business in New Orleans and it is thriveing, though. It is just about the hard work that people have put back into the city. To say that the 9th Ward should just be green spaces is probably best for the land- it will flood again, but that is an area rich in historical southern black and zydeco style culture and the people have held that land for generations.....I would not want some politicain deciding what to do with my land and so it is up to the people who live there to decide what they want to do. An example of a 9th Ward resident is Antoine "Fats" Dominio...Whatever Fats wants to do is his perogative....It is a very tense issue. The original city plans disallowed any buiding whatsoever on that land because of the flooding that occurs.

Do you have any contracts wht people like Penske or Ryder who rent out these tractor trailers? I would love to get some of those in our fleet, but it is more econmical for us to rent from the above mentioned and have on-demand maitnence and replacement trucks as we are a 24-7-365 company and at 3am it may be hard to find a private mechanic.
The big three do not design this new hybrid system as a separate add-on or switch over so a old vehicle is still being neglected of the solution and that is precisely my point that I am leaning on which says that the big three composed themselves as a department store solution to auto sales, and completed only half the cycle of a solution for consumer's while neglecting the other 50% solution which is conversion of every auto which has been marketed and have no plan to ever do so. My plan considers the consumer as first priority not the new vehicle as first priority as the big three want to manage the solution in America for consumer's. Government also lacks this objective and has allowed price gouging to engulf the market and that is the bad thing about it cause to help the big three the consumer's are not going to obtain the solution which they could afford and the price gouging will continue to increase prices. As the big three fail ultimately in achieving their goal of new auto sales over their high expected price tagging policy in regards to everything they sell esp. the new alternative vehicles consumer's will find it impossible to handle without the other 50% solution they are not going to turn their hand just for a bailout to succeed.
The fear is growing in America even with a new hybrid engine situation the alternatives are going to be wasteful spending, government had a opportunity to see consumer's through a massive transit issue in every state that would choose to allow development and the government supercomputer would make it all possible immediately but why has government neglected the consumer's so vividly out in the open. It use to be a hidden quality of government to move forward now government wants every nation to see it sliding backwards. It is like government wants every nation to slow themselves down to a toddlers crawl and not be so piggish about completing projects so quickly. That is how I got the message over Fiat small auto concern being to help Chrysler which now needs another bailout by March 31 or it is done as a automaker. Think about it, more small cars, more congestion, more worries in repair shops. A simple Monorail Service could bring about so much less need and operate in three modes each day, (1) daylight passenger service, (2) daylight personal cab service, (3) nighttime freight service.

But this hybrid mess is going to have to have garages, refueling stations, parking lots, multi-level parking with refueling stations, and now there is talk on television that local merchants are going to have signs in the large parking lots that are designated only for Hybrid Car Owners use like a Handicap Only auto car owner use sign and police are going to ticket what is not a Hybrid to make the city money. With a Monorail Service there is no traffic interactivity so there is no hangups and there is no need for refueling stations and no need for more police to patrol the streets looking for what is or is not a Hybrid to make the city money. Government is encroaching onto property rights with this matter, many zoned businesses which are already parking lots cannot support the introduction of recharge facilities and these new laws will force them to which is against the building codes and they will declare bankruptcy because they cannot obtain a license to have that in their parking facilities. It costs money to park in the government EPA parking lot in Washington D.C. and the price is going to increase from $7.00 per day to $25.00 per day and more if your refill or recharge your vehicle so new charge accounts are to handle these transactions making the banks subject to supporting more accounting concerns and creating credit cards and that makes money for the banks. My parking lot solution would be a driveup covered access area so passengers could dismount the vehicle then the vehicle driver would go park anywhere regardless only handicap and hybrid would face the establishment all others would be to cross traffic to enter the store from parking spaces. I would not have a handicap space which has to cross traffic to get inside a store. Another consideration would be to have a people carrier frequent the parking lanes to pickup passengers whom have exited their vehicles and to bring them under the covered area to dismount that and go inside upon exiting from inside they could get a ride with their merchandise setting on the passenger carrier or they could drive their own vehicle to pickup their purchases. Automakers do not design shopping centers, Real Estate and Architects design them to make money which encourages the increase of land tax issues where they plan to build larger homes with more land to mow.
How government could stop price gouging is to erect a new Department which makes its objective to serve the consumer's this encourages education and makes better grant proposals for colleges and universities and decreases Foundation response to the situations. My Project will support consumer's cost factors first, nothing to buy is how I envision it, therefore no banking necessary each month. I do not see why government is allowing price gougers to estimate the cost of a alternative vehicle per its abilities, its like they are mastering fuel costs right into it so they get the fuel money and not someone else first then someone else has to be paid for the fuel it needs like electricity, natural gas, compressed natural gas, liquid natural gas, liquid propane gas, hydrogen, ethanol gas only. See if your calculations show that is how they are pushing their plan forward so it accounts for their losses first then they would drop prices ten years later when your needing a replacement vehicle, thats 200 million more vehicles on the highways by the way.
Arguing over this problem is not the solution. The solution is plainer than it really seems to be on the end of everyones nose but guessing from the solutions supported I believe that sweet and pee pee have a place for use, its just not approved in America right now for pee pee batteries like is available in Japan and they will use those power solutions in everything including Hybrid Autos.

Wavecrest and BluWav got my interest really fast, I sent a e-mail asking if they had time to consider making a offer to supply the products for the EVFCF effort and never received a reply, maybe they were entering transistion then so thats why they did not respond. Next I sought judgement of automakers that have a particular investment in drivetrains and foundry works. I know how to make my own foundry and how to make molds and such and could forge almost anything if I had the metal but why should I go about making a company if one exists or I could order what I wanted. I mean lengthy tubes can be cut to make the basic electric motor casings and foundry work complete it to a fully operational version such that Wavecrest and BluWav were undertaking and that would resolve the issue of what to install to the autos of Consumer's. If I ordered that involves equity and sharing the concept with automakers and they profit from their work so The Foundation is merely a connect method for Consumer's not a business or a foundry. I could manage to put together a foundry business and that be a in shop only operation for The Foundation only, course it has to make at least 500,000 products each year in order to match the total 291,000,000 automobiles on the highways. Course only about 150,000,000 may be Consumer's that would want their vehicle converted.
So doing the math like I stated would consumer 300 years before The EVFCF could beging to near the necessary totals and then to theres also the population increases every ten years to calculate in so it really looks like a losing battle unless there are more than one location to manufacture the electric components and foundry items which means at least 30 would decrease down to 100 years to meet this expectation but still thats not enough, and three automakers would have the same difficulty to meet the demand of the Consumer's so there must be a buildup of manufacturing locations to bring it down to 20-50 years to catch up at least. I'm not speculating this is just a logical solution to endorse a 24 hour per day operation with holidays as non operational and that could boast production to twice as much instead so to decrease the amount of manufacting locations by half so instead of looking at a 300 year lag in production its then only a 150 year lag in production presenting three locations per state should be quite efficient closing the gap to balance the demand quicker. Bringing the expectations down to only 25 Million would help tremendously instead of 150 Million of the 291 Million autos. This provides the 50 year maximum while dividing that in halef provides the 25 year minimum. It can work afterall and still have a tremendous growth after the initial 50 years of operation. The EVFCF would flourish and conquer every obsticle that is prevailing and bring Consumer's very close to their needs quickly. You might like to consider becoming a partner in the EVFCF or the higher manufacturing aspect it requires.
The longer option is to make a robotic foundry business like a steel production plant but with machinery automated to provide the products to ship to each state. A project of this magnitude needs to be as productive or better than what we see in automakers. I fear that Wavecrest/BluWav is incapable of accomplishing this if they have other priorities, so maybe its best that they are now owned by a Canadian Equity operation. Their site throws me stating that Wavecrest was once BluWav. Looks like I cannot get Wavecrest/BluWav to come to my aid and we become a partner. I have another option now available from a South African automaker whom requires that their battery packs be leased instead of owned, they sell their vehicles without Lithium Battery Packs for $4,000 each, as a Franchise here in America the EVFCF could bring Consumer's this as a optional choice instead of converting their vehicle they simply swap but I need a ship to transport the autos to curb shipping costs that would occur from commercial shipping and they need to purchase a port so this ship has no Port Fees and can eliminate Tariffs entirely. The South African automaker is not ready right now to start sales abroad.
Maybe if we had our own space program we could head to our own location on another planet or build a space station that could augment a robotic foundry of equal size and proportion as needed in the above analysis and ship the components and parts back to earth instead of using so much land mass to comply to this ordeal. Mars has sufficient salt for mining and that would create plenty of electricity for a foundry. I'm not affiliated. Tech Sheet pictures perhaps came from PDF files. Yes a Water Hammer Electric Generator is how it seems would be the direction for developing the new energy source. This would be the wealth of the oceans providing vast areas for developing electricity and storing for later delivery. A robotic submarine would be a good investment opportunity for nations to have a power source which could be relied on.
