My thought was to get someone to convince small community power companies, such as my town, to buy into the program of reducing their foot print on the main grid. If we could generate letters of intent, we could get funding to build a collaborative effort to build large wind turbines.

There is a very good list of smaller unit manufacturers which may help you find the companies to represent in the home level.
