Hello, Clynton . . .

I appreciate the feedback about the site. Try Http://www.Valuenow.ispeedway.com - that url seems to work better - it's the same site. The REASON you should follow my lead is that I've bird-dogged a multitude of Online Businesses that make people WEALTHY ! That's a good thing these days ! The BEST one's are on the site. I have others that I'm still checking out. I'm always open to suggestions . . . I'm not there yet but I am confident that I'm on the right track !

I'm adding you as a friend.

Any More Questions - Please, ask . . .

Have a good - one . . .

Hey Clynton: Thanks for your nice response but I'm afraid we'll have to disagree on this one; I give HR 1835( Natural Gas Act of 2009) a yes, but not The American Clean Energy and Security Act of 2009 ( HR 2454. It only serves to help big government and will not stimulate the economy as the Nat. Gas Act does.
Have a great evening!

Hello Clynton: The following is a letter I got from Oklahoma Representative Mary Fallin. I thought you might be interested in this:

Dear Ms. Slater:

Thank you for contacting me H.R. 1835, the NAT GAS Act of 2009 and H.R. 2454, the American Clean Energy and Security Act of 2009. These are separate pieces of legislation.

H.R. 1835 was introduced by Representative Dan Boren (D-OK) on April 1, 2009 and was referred to the House Committees on Ways and Means, Oversight and Government Reform and Science and Technology. This legislation would incentivize the natural gas industry by offering tax credits for the purchase and production of vehicles fueled by natural gas or liquified natural gas-with a focus on heavy duty vehicles and fleet vehicles. The bill would also provide credits for the installation of natural gas pumps at service stations and for domestic liquefied natural gas production facilities. In addition, the bill states that by December 31, 2014, at least 50 percent of all new vehicles purchased or placed into service by the U.S. Government must be capable of operating on compressed or liquefied natural gas. As a co-sponsor of this important piece of legislation I recognize the vital role clean natural gas will play in our nation's energy future.

H.R. 2454 includes "cap and trade" provisions. This legislation was introduced by Representative Henry Waxman (D-CA) on May 15, 2009. I recently joined a select group of Members of Congress who will be working to propose alternative energy policies. This American Energy Solutions Group brings together members of the House Republican leadership and members from states like Oklahoma who favor exploration and development, and we intend to play a central role as the debate over energy policy continues.

The group recently unveiled the American Energy Innovation Act -a proposal with a comprehensive set of policies that will secure our energy future and help grow our economy. The American Energy Innovation Act encourages innovation through entrepreneurship and reduces the financial, regulatory and legal burdens that stifle progress in energy markets. It uses tax cuts and other incentives to reduce demand and promote greater efficiency. Finally, it removes government barriers to environmentally responsible production of energy resources in Alaska, the Outer Continental Shelf and elsewhere.

Our proposal is an alternative to "cap and trade" legislation currently under consideration by House Democrats. While "cap and trade" may be well intentioned, the consequences of implementing huge new tax increases on the energy industry will be devastating to our economy, particularly in Oklahoma. Experts estimate the U.S. may lose as many as seven million jobs while utility and energy costs will skyrocket, raising prices for the average family by as much as $3100 per year. Our dependence on foreign oil will only worsen, our economy will become more unstable, and American families will pay the price.

Everyone agrees we need to protect the environment and pursue alternative sources of energy. The American Energy Innovation Act, however, does so in a way that promotes economic growth, rather than stifling the economy with tax increases and additional regulations. By promoting innovation, conservation and production, the American Energy Innovation Act outlines a clear vision for securing the future of American energy and economic productivity.

I take your views into consideration as I decide how to vote in the House. Please feel free to express those views; even if we may occasionally disagree, it is important to me to know your thoughts. Please be aware that because of mail security measures for Congress, your letters can be delayed for up to two weeks. If you wish to offer an immediate comment or suggestion, you can e-mail my office at by going directly to my website at www.fallin.house.gov. While you are there, feel free to sign up for my regular e-newsletter.

Sincerely,
Mary Fallin

Clynton,
How do I get credit for the actions I have performed to date? I've written the letters to my Congressional Leaders, completed several other items on the "To-Do List", and finished several items expected of DL's. However, I can't figure out how to get the credit to improve my DL stats.

Hi CLinton. I've put some descriptive info of RET, my proprietary hi efficiency, low cost engine a few times on the PP blogs. RET solves the energy problem with efficiency rather than 1,000 pounds of batteries and high price tags. Been trying to get hold of Boone, and its impossible. Lots of excuses why they can't. The leaders seem to be paid PR folks. Pickens can use the technology which we are involved in, e.g., CNG RETs are green, and very high mileage, work with trucks, can be MADE in USA, w/o outsourcing/ off-shoring. Unfortunately, they also last a long time (1 million miles duty cycle) are plug and play ,,, Thus, looked at in disfavor by some folks. On the generation side we have significantly less costly wind turbines. I think Boone would like to know about these. Either it will come from us, or a foreign country. Regardless, been involved in prior tech revolutions, and can state that the first out of the starting gate may not be the winner. There will be lots of legacy products. What will this and other projects look like as invariably, next generation technology becomes commercialized, and the cost of a barrel of Kilowatts drops precipitously? Here's a challenge. Put me in touch with Mr. Pickens, I will give him an exec summary, of where our tech is going that he should know about. It will get there with or without him. With his resources, the objectives we all understand can be met earlier. JR Sannerwind@gmail.com

Hey Clynton!

Happy Easter, my friend. I had a lovely coffee meeting with Leslie yesterday. Could not imagine being in her "neighborhood" and not making an effort to meet her. She is just lovely, I was not surprised. You will be disappointed to hear that I did not arrive with banners and petitions. You should know that we had quite a giggle about that!

If I am in your area, I look forward to meeting you as well. FOR YOU, I am bringing all the bels and whistles. LOL!

Best
Kim

AN OPEN RESPONSE TO KIM ANDERSON, LESLIE, CLYNTON & ALL OUR INSPIRATIONAL FORCES, GREETERS, RL'S ETC. (To read the thread visit the DL Page.)

Kim
Thanks for proving my PIT BULL point...which you know we all believe no matter what you say...and in a GOOD way. Although we're an all volunteer Army and intent on joining the charge; there are a number of stand-out campaigners on this site who lead the charge...you're recognized by many as a strong, focused and relentless leader toward the PP numbers gathering objective.

As a business owner and leader for many years in my field, I understand the importance of setting progressive goals. It's a what have you done for me lately world...and laurels are not for sitting on...they're just a driver for the next days victories.

We appreciate the driving forces on this site. Without the encouragement and example of members like you Leslie Greinstein, Clynton our RL’s and many others who spend so much time greeting and providing hands-on assistance with the site operation and all the questions we ask...this could not and would not happen or be where it is.

As hard as we are to drive, motivate and manage...we are with you and the plan. Those who aren't disappear. It's OK...there are many who are adding their voice to this mission every day. I believe we will accomplish the goal of energy independence as well as introduce clean energy alternatives. It will be a long fight. It's likely I won't be here for the victory celebration...but my grand chidren and great grandson will. I'm happy to be a small part of what will be spoken of during their generation as the beginning of the new energy era.

The best motivation is the evidence that we're achieving and sustaining the momentum in place. This has happened in an incredibly short time. We can’t take for granted that it will continue without even more work and focus then has gone before. Most of us can stand the whipping if the whipper’s can. I hope your arm never gets tired. I look forward to meeting you in person someday along with others I already consider prime people in my life.

Thank you 675 TIMES,

Clynton,

I am sorry I have been away for a while, but I am losing my job as of March 31st and I am very interested in one of the actions suggested on my Pickens page, which is to start a company to build wind turbines/solar panels. I have been a contract computer programmer for most of my adult life and while it has provided a good living, at least until now, it’s just been a job that I do for pay. I am passionate about the environment and have always preached to my children to find your passion and the money will follow, well it’s about time I practiced what I preach. Any help towards my goal would certainly be appreciated.

Thanks,
Frank
