Kim,
From what I've read the new wind farm is on hold.
Is it possible to setup a fund for adding to an existing wind farm ?
My original reason for joining was to get more energy from wind.

Kim,
I noticed that you have a few comments unanswered in the que before the one I sent on September 9th. I hope that you are well and life is treating you kindly.
The GM-Vol.com blog is where you can find me daily. Lately, I have become the voice of PickensPlan there. The bloggers that you find there are a from a wide spectrum; the avid EVer's are all for not paying the higher prices of gasoline and are looking to use electric vehicles to end their plight of high prices for fuel. A good number of them are primarily interested in endding our foreign oil dependency. And then their are your usual negative thinking individually and trolls. Lately, I've seen a number of comments there that needed correction, particularly about T. Boone Pickens. I have taken up the task of addressing the misstatements made by those bloggers. Hopefully, it will lead more potential members to the website. It is a good forum for general discussion of the issues we all are getting people aware of.
it has been a long time since I texted you. I am active at the blog on GM-Volt.com. Recently, someone stated that "Pickens is backing away from his plan." Can you verify or deny this claim so that I will be able to comment on this posted statement.
I will be flying over your house on the 20th. Will be with two sons in Boston for four days.
I am the 100 Cub Member that is from Tularosa, New Mexico. This has been a fun membership, and I have met Harry Teague who is the U.S.. Rep. from NM-02.
I met with Harry, and he and T. Boone are now good friends, and doing great with the Natural Gas bill.
We are all proud of what T. Bonne is doing for America.
Hello Kim, I was hoping you had a Microsoft Powerpoint of the Pickens plan you could send. If so can you send to gjmorse@yahoo.com.
Thank you in advance.
"Our strength and success is in our numbers!" I dunno??? 1 active individual is worth X number of inactives. People sign-up with an e-mail address, than just sit. Like in front of a TV set. Waiting for some1 else to get it done...
In order for us to achieve our goals we need to remove the good old boys club. Especially here in Rhode Island they are strong, loud, and very powerful. The simple rule I am urging everyone to follow when they vote is if you recognize the name or they are a career politician vote them out. We need young, honest, and reasonable individuals in these positions of city and state government to represent the people not the major corporations.
We pay more taxes than many regions of the country. These high taxes and poor legislation actions are a key factor in the economic failures of our state. The top salaries as reviewed in the RI Monthly set me back in my chair. Instead of raising taxes why don’t they reduce some of these outrageous salaries? The only salary in my opinion that was to low is the top officer of the RI state police.
As a child I watched. What the rags think of us. With two mile gas lines for people to get to work, I heard the goverment say many things. .As I watch my forest cut down. I see as always not a thing has change, With are goverment. In the words of this hippy, biker, artist . a vet and disabled man in are home land. They are full of dog crap in almost every thing,
That they ever have to say.
I am ready to help and have many ideas. I would love a green job. almost as much as I would like a job. I am working on starting a custom paint shop for bikes.
Going solar , Hydro & wind is esay to do. But it dose not make old money able to dog us or smile. As they like to do so much. People if you love your childern. give them there garden back. with jobs & a future. & tax chanye and bush .and all there types. untel they understand why the celtics & the blue men. Had Kings that were so fair.
Why ? Because they were raised by the poorist in there tribes. Think maybe they had a good idea? free education made this contry strong .
Asking thouse who know more. Than are last white house of SS type oil men. What they would say is. What took you so long. Get up stand up let them start wars for there own childern .Instead of mine.
So they can make more money on oil. Sorry my spelling sucks. That is not & never has been my media. Mac
Kim...you may have received the below post already but I wanted to be sure. I know the guys would especially appreciate a note from you. You're name is always brought up at NJDL meetings whenever recruitment is discussed. They did an extraordinary job and have us (NJDL) scheduled for two more events in May. Kim this....Kim that...geez a guy can't get a a break around here..:>).
Good Monday Morning all...
When you have a moment please reach out and congratulate Mike Morton, DL, NJ-04 and Alan Hamilton, DL, NJ02 (NJDL Delegation) for their amazing Pickens Plan outreach this weekend at the Haneman Park, Earth Day Festival sponsored by ACUA.
They signed 168 pledges and connected with several candidates for a Pickens U Chapter., a great accomplishment (especially in near 100 degree temps) and worth a giant pat on the back from all DL's. They have a number of other events planned at venues with FREE booth space. It might be worth considering for your group. As you may know all DL's in New Jersey formed a Delegation which works together in unison to achieve joint objectives. It's been a great experience. It's a productive way to spread out the work and expand each districts capacity.
We are in the discussion stage of a Towne Hall event; something far more difficult to do without lots of help. Try it in your State.
Thanks Kim for adding me to your friends list, today was and outside day worked on my gardens and walked in Bidwell Park located accross the road from my house out here in Chico, California, you may want to look up Bidwell Park is one of the largest city owned parks in the country. I do own my own green business, am a landscaper and gardener and do enjoy our Pickens Plan friends. Have a good weekend whats left of it,

We can hang out at the Starbucks in our neighborhood. You can buy me a Grande Latte. We'll bring the petitions...and you can show me how it's done :>). Delete Comment
...she was pretty sure that I would show up with petitions and banners...
Kim...you mean you DIDN'T! . I'm shocked edging toward disbelief. I'm sure Leslie would have put them to good use. The two of you would be a dynamic duo in a Starbucks...and then if you could get Clynton on board...LOOKOUT!
I'm sorry that I wasn't in Florida to hang with you guys. I'm looking forward to the opportunity when that will happen. I've mentioned a PP Convention before...but no takers yet.
The NJDL is perking along. It's a great group of workers. We hope the DL Delegation idea catches on in other states. It's a very good way to share personal and group energy and provide a localized support system.
If you're ever in my neck of the woods I hope you'll remember to connect. We have lots of room and are close to NYC by convenient and energy efficient rail service.
Regards,
Jack
Ps: Along with about 10,000 other members he has personally greeted...I have to disagree with Clynton...he IS special.
Hi Kim; thank you for letting me know what to forward, I have already done that to many of my net contacts. Thanks for the hard work and your sincere dedication to our energy independence, as an enlightened leader and superb communicator. Leland.
Hi KIm,
I just saw the comment back :) I sent you a few letters to your mail box.
That is a small blue fin Tuna. Makes good Sushi and great pan seered Yummy:)
Hi Kim, Thank you.. I've worked in your town before. I'm from Massachusetts, living in Ct... I will try and get a few people signed up. Do you guys have any "Tea Party" events coming up? mAnother good way to let them know were tired of all the games in Washington!
JW loves America. Over the year he has impressed me with his compassion and eagerness to step up and do the right thing. I know you share these values also.

Thanks Kim, but I'm nothing special - so come as you are. Next time I'm in NE, I'll try to set some time aside to drop by.
Happy Easter to you and your family!
