Ed,
I'm in Maryland. I'm not a big one on calling people and things like that. But I have a good deal of computer skill. I'm willing to put time in assisting "the Pickens Plan" with the skills I have. I just need to know what to do.
Marty Gabler here. Make sure to mention to T. Boone Pickens when you see him Friday to take a hard look at the Virginia Eastern shore bayside for the most productive sites for east coast land-based wind farms. In particular, the bayside of northern Accomac County is a hot spot according to NREL wind data due to the width of the Chesapeake bay at this point. Imagine productive wind farms within 50 miles of Washington, DC! The land is flat, inexpensive and rural. Large wind farm developers are already making inquiries in this area. I should know since i've personally had preliminary discussions with two of them on situating a wind farm on my northern Accomac County bayside property. The economy has slowed the process but T. Boone Pickens is just the person lend credibility to such an effort. I'd come to College Park myself to push for this but my job keeps me from attending. Good luck.
Send me what you want me to write. Do I have license to edit/editorialize?

Yes, I can do that. What about the Butler County Commissioners and the Butler city mayor?

McCutcheon Marshall offers a great opportunity to help solve in reducing the large inventory of 667 wind turbines and putting them to work. Creativity of different avenues for financing is a very workable. Once you start moving the turbines and putting them to work more will want to be part of the plan. We must take advantage of the times right now, you know this energy business, “it cycles” we must act now. “Lead, follow or get out of the way”
Ed,
I am interested in purchasing/leasing one hundred (100) wind turbines. See if this could be included in the first shipment from the manufacturer (is 2010 correct?). Please direct me to the appropriate person.
Thanks,
Mack

Hi Ed. I just moved from Chicago to the DC area to get involved in energy and especially alternative energy. I am an accounting/business professional. I am looking for events to attend to meet people in the industry. Would love to find a small start-up type alternative energy company or association to work for. Jim
Hey Ed, we may need your assistance in the state leader's group, trying to round up some that have not joined, check out comments in discussion. Thanks so much! Sam
Can you please tell me how Mr. Marshall McCutcheon Jr plays in the big picture and what companies he is working with and what the companies are currently doing at this time. Thanks for your time
If you need legal counsel or representation regarding your new energy/or alternative energy source, please contact me. I'd be happy to help. Pickens Plan is for me! Is it for your?

Just joined MD district 02! I currently produce solar water heating and solar PV on my home and have been actively investigating the feasibility of wind farming on the bayside of the eastern shore of Virginia.
According to the NREL, wind production along the bayside of the eastern shore is among the most suitable locations for land-based east coast wind farming. This puts production closer to the east coast poplation centers, reduces the costs associated with long transmission lines from midwest and western wind farms, and would provide benefits and jobs to a rural economically depressed area. I've personally been in touch with several developers interested in pursuing wind farming in this area.
As an Accomac County, VA bayside property owner, i'm anxious and excited to get the word out about Maryland and Virginia's eastern shore bayside as the most cost effective area on the east coast to pursue wind farm development. I hope to see in the near future wind turbines on the eastern shore of MD and VA.
Dear Mr. Matriciardi: I am the PA TSA Facilitator. We work with 127 schools in PA with 50 events about technology education. The Pickens Plan is something that student might find interesting. I would like to discuss ways to partner.
