FLODESIGN WINDTURBINE
A COMPANY,(FLODESIGN). HAS A WIND TURBINE UNDER DEVELOPMENT SIMILAR TO MY CONCEPT. IN MY OPINION THE JET TURBINE CONCEPT IS FAR SUPERIOR TO PRESENT PROP TYPES. THIS IS THE TYPE THAT CAN BE USED FOR URBAN ENVIRONMENTS (HOMES) PROP TYPES JUST DON'T MAKE GOOD USE OF AIRFLOW.

Comment by eddy532 on September 13, 2008 at 8:29pm - It would seem to me that a vertical axis wind turbine would be even more effective. less parts and they can turn with wind from any direction. Possibly built small enough to be placed on most buildings feeding the grid

Comment by Daniel Quale on September 14, 2008 at 1:23pm - Try looking at how much volume of wind compared to size of the structure involved. Unless you know a lot about physics, what you "seem" to believe is just a guess.
