A Caseyville man never thought going green would be so difficult. We're in the best wind corridor, the second best wind corridor in the United States of America. So these bluffs, the wind is always blowing through here. Up next, his fight with city hall to build a windmill and convert it into energy.

The President of a registered public utility has been attempting to erect a wind turbine just off I-64 behind the Vehicle Doctor location off Hwy. 157 in the City of Caseyville, Illinois. A.K.A. Don Quixote the knight and builder of wind mills has been in a battle with City Hall over forgery of his name for a $44.00 permit to construct the tower in Caseyville that the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency has authorized to be constructed without the permit.
Having installed all the necessary equipment to optimize the maximum efficiency from the wind turbine including the U.S. Patented Peak Load Distributor (see www.demandcontrol.net), Larry Wetzel has risked both his money and freedom to create renewable energy and jobs for the American people.
