Surya Namaskar with Kapalabhati
Surya Namaskar, the Sun Salutation, with integrated Kapalabhati (forced breathing) demonstrated by Narayani at the Yoga Vidya Ashram in Germany. Narayani is a very experienced yoga teacher and excellent yoga practitioner. She is a direct disciple of Swami Vishnudevananda and teaches Yoga in England, Spain and Germany. Her seminars in the Yoga Vidya Ashram in Bad Meinberg are always very popular.
