- Tell us about your experience with alternative energy:
- I am a design engineer with an Aerospace Engineering degree. I have followed wind and solar energy for quite sometime, but have really never worked in the field. Growing up in Kansas, I am very familiar with the power of the wind.
- What excites you about this campaign?
- It is about time we did something as a nation to rid ourselves of foreign energy. If we can make domestic clean energy inexpensive, we can once again be a leader in manufacturing and innovation. There is no reason we can't be world leaders for energy harvesting technology. Let's do it.
- What do you want to do to help?
- Whatever I can. I have quite a bit of technical expertise and wouldn't mind helping in that area as long as it isn't a conflict of interest with my job. I am somewhat limited on time and availability as I have young children and commitments to other organizations that take quite a bit of my time.
