Who can enforce the community guidelines?

Terrence abrams is a habitual offender of the most basic rule in the community guidelines,

"General Guidelines

We take the "Be Polite" rule very seriously. We do not tolerate any rudeness. Any member who is intentionally unpleasant or disruptive (i.e. racial slurs, personal attacks, etc) will be banned without warning.

The link to report problems at the bottom of this site does not nor has worked for the past 2 months. Myself and many other members are requesting that site admins/moderators enforce this community guideline in regards to the continued abuse by this one member.

I have a developer in CT who wants to conduct a feasibility study for a wind farm on a former landfill. The landfill is primarily concrete and concrete products and absolutely no chemicals. If anyone could steer me towards a wind power contractor in the Northeast I would be greatful.

What you see above is not a photo, it is not a graphic it is YOUR flash application that YOU as creator of this network are completely responsible for.

Again, this is not a graphic, this is not a photo, this is the "Community Badge" that was made available to all membership of the Pickens Plan when this website was first created. YOU, created the Community Badge FLASH applet when YOU created the Pickens Plan.

You are responsible for providing me with the embed code for the Community Badge. Why did you give me this and allow me to post it since the first moment I joined the Pickens Plan and now want it removed?

If this is objectionable content, why do you make it available?

Trying to make me responsible for your creation is a new twist on administration I had not thought about, you are certainly very creative.

To say that a member of a ning community may not post their Community Badge makes me feel less a member of our Community. I do not want to hide members of our Community for any reason.

I am on the Community Badge and I am proud to wear the badge.

I am one of the most popular members of the Pickens Plan, that is why the software inserts me into the Community Badge. One cannot 'remove' the Community Badge.

Please do not hold me responsible for posting the Community Badge when you are responsible for creating that badge and making it available to membership, (per your creation of the Pickens Plan).

All ning websites come with a Community Badge pre-installed and you cannot delete this badge.

Please, read the ning Terms of Service and the ning developer network help files with respect to the posting of the Community Badge.

I have posted the Community Badge for the Pickens Plan in hundreds of different websites and social networks across the internet. Here are some links to a few of those places.

On my profile page on the ning developer network. I am a ning developer and a member of this group which proudly displays their Community Badge.

On my profile page on the ning Network Creators. I am a member of this ning group which proudly displays their Community Badge.

On my profile page on the haynesvilleshale.ning.com network

On my profile page on the ning dragfools network

On my profile pae on the Directory of Ning Networks

Even Santa Claus sees the Community Badge on my profile page on the Santa Live Now ning network

You are responsible for the creation of the FLASH applet that is the Community Badge.

I am an ambassador for the Pickens Plan who uses YOUR Community Badge and embeds that as a symbol of our network membership and the most active and most popular members of that network.

Sincerely,
Your Community Member and Ambassador for the Pickens Plan,

Patrick Morgan Jack

The failure to moderate with administrative tools the partisan political infighting in the main forums of the Pickens Plan is a public relations nightmare at this time.

Many huge discussions remain that push Palin and McCain and the republican and conservative agendas that have little or nothing to do with the Pickens Plan.

Our reputation is badly soiled, badly damaged by the insulting, rude, uncivil and vulgar and threatening rhetoric in the towering discussions in our main forums.

when you speak of political partisanship you should stress the fact that just because you are registered with one party does not mean you have to support only that party people should think about what is said and then vote not just vote for a party.....sen mccain states that the first thing he will do after being elected is to build 54 nuclear reactor plants to produce energy at a cost of 32 billion dollars each how is that supporting the pickens plan???? just what we do not need is spending more money on an energy producing idea that will cause more waste to have to be disposed of this is silly and stupid why do you want someone to build waste producing plants when we have the wind and sun?????? pickens plan is a step in the right direction not a step backwards

Are there any plans to push for help for citizens to convert their current cars to Natural Gas. I have looked into it as well as a Phil station and started saving and then the bottom fell out of the financial market, my husband is now not working and we have a sick child. It isn't in the cards now but we hate pumping gas into a vehicle that gets horrible mileage and no one wants to buy it. Instead of handing the financial institutions all the money, is there any push to put some of it into the hands of the little people to do the right thing for the country and the future?

Need to know how many acres are needed for 'windmill's'. What would be needed to generate power for a community, and what the zoning requirement's would be to erect windmill's. Cost as well.
Thanks,
David Boeggeman
